El administrador Whisky excelente Muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento
El resto del personal no saluda , no responde cuando les dije gracias por su servicio, de verdad era algo incómodo, parecían molestos por nuestra presencia

This property is in a great location and the manager was fantastic to deal with. He even helped organised a surprise cake for my partners birthday. It was easy to arrange a cruise to Halong and Lan Ha bays with the manager.

I chose this hotel because it was a 2-bedroom - 2 bathroom unit (we stayed there with our son.) It is relatively central. There is a place to rent scooters right next to the hotel.
The kitchen was not clean and was very poorly equipped - there were not even coffee cups. No hand towels - no towel to put on the floor when you step out of the shower - no pool towels - lockers at the pool filled with rubbish. Serious lack of good management.
