The property was very clean, the stuff is very friendly and helpful, answering fast, was so easy to find the place with their guiding
The shower is hot
Towels and bedsheets are alright, don’t look like they are hundreds years old
No mold smell which is in many apartments and hotels in Hanoi, even in more expensive ones, this I appreciate a lot
It’s a bit afar from the road so you don’t hear scooters and honking
A little bit noisy because of loud neighbours and the water pump or heater, don’t know what is it exactly, but when you turn on the water there is quite a loud noise every time
For this price it’s okay though
What was really disappointing is that I’ve needed a 2-bedroom apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, so I’ve booked a 2-bedroom apartment, but it found out to be one room with 2 floors, one bed is on the first floor and one on the second, but it’s in one space and toilet is also in the same room
