A great little homestay, perfectly positioned in the old quarter. The staff are excellent and eager to assist. The room was clean and comfortable, with good water pressure in the shower. A great Ban Cha local restaurant on the next corner (turn right as you leave the homestay) too! Oh, their egg coffee is excellent!

Tutto. Ormai è la terza volta che torno qui, facendo tappa ad Hanoi per poi proseguire con gli spostamenti. Adoro questo posto. I ragazzi sono gentilissimi, la posizione è ottima, hanno un caffè sotto pieno di cose buonissime, mi hanno tenuto i bagagli varie volte per poi farmeli ritrovare direttamente nella solita stanza. Mi fa casa questo posto. E soprattutto è PULITO, le lenzuola profumano, l'acqua è calda, il letto comodo, ho un giardinetto privato, c'è frigorifero, acqua e bollitore a disposizione. Uno dei pochi posti in Vietnam dove il condizionatore non ti sta in faccia e diretto di notte mentre dormi, fondamentale per non ammalarsi.Piu di una volta mi hanno portato i panni in lavanderia e riportati. Per me non è un 10 ma un 100!!!

LOCATIOM. No doubt, the location was excellent! Especially when the famous Egg Coffee House i just below our room! A few steps away there are money changers, a Circle K convenience store and walking distance to the market, lake and other attractions.

The stairs going up to our room is too tight if you have luggage. The room was BIG!!! but it could use some upgrades like paint, pest control (some mosquitoes and roaches). The bathroom was OK, maybe it was their style of like "undone" So far, it was OK with us until the last night of our stay, we came home around 9pm and there was no water in our bathroom! 4 of needed to take a shower but no water. My son went down the coffee shop to ask for help, I think he did call the owner and when he arrived, he wasn't able to do much and left to get a plumber. Even the other guests at the 3rd floor ca,e down to complain that they didn't have water too. We had water maybe past 11pm and we were so tired but we all neededto get a shower before we slept. I emailed the owner that night and he replied the next day apologizing.
