Good view. Clean room. Fast and efficient service. Staff would be able to book private hire car for you if you informed at least half a day before. Otherwise, staff are friendly and polite. Definitely good to stay here again as long as we can overcome the 7 flights of stairs.

Qá tuyệt vời,phòng sạch đẹp,rộng rãi,thoải mái,giường to và êm,toilet đẹp sạch sẽ,khăn tắm bao la,bạn chủ rất dễ thương thân thiện,không ngờ tìm được chỗ nghỉ qá ok ngay phố cổ,lần sau có đi Hà Nội chắc chắn sẽ đặt phòng ở đây tiếp.
