The two key highlights of this property were:
1) Host - Ms Hoan - Very professional, helpful and always available to answer any questions and assist. We have had a few exceptional situations and she took care of them like a breeze for us.
2) Location - very central in the middle of everything. We got a lot more explore and covered because of that.
The property has all basic amenities.
Due to rainy season in Hanoi there was a lot of rain and sometime water come in the room which was bit of inconvenience but we were told about it and what to do.

Location was great. Surprisingly quiet. Good air-conditioning. Friendly host. Went out of her way to courier earbuds I left behind. Could not have been any more helpful. Would highly recommend accommodation to other travelers.

Stayed here with my sister on a short 3day stay,
I absolutely loved the place.
It's in the heart on the old quarter.
it's nice, comfortable and quiet.
If your looking for a bit more space than a hotel room this is the place for you.
The owner is so nice, friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend this appartment.
Next time I visit Hanoi I will definitely be staying here again.
