Excellent location very close to St. Jospeh Cathedral, easy walk west to train street or north to the Old Quarter. Easy self/no contact check-in, well equipped room. We extend by two additional nights without a problem.
As is to be expected in a central property the apartment was small and sound from the city night life can be heard from the street. Access for the property is through a cafe (very good coffee) which starts trading at 7.00, our room was on the first floor so we felt like we were in the cafe at times, this would be less of an issue on the floors above. Not particularly a problem if you enjoy joining the rhythm of the city.

Lovely , comfortable little room in a narrow alleyway. Location perfect , just a few minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. Good quality toiletries supplied .
A couple of minor things: The shower holder was broken so I had to hold the shower hose while washing , and the fan end of the hairdryer was broken, so my hair got caught in this a couple of times.

Good location
Awful smell from the bathroom and if you are in the room on the first floor you’ll be woken up from the noise of the coffee shop below every morning
