Clean , well run , location and of course the Staff .
It’s an old building and has a certain charm.. no elevator. So book a lower floor if you’re older .

The location is really good. Everywhere is just nearby. We went to Hoan Kiem Lake and train street by foot. They can arrange airport pickup for you. Everything is easy. We paid the acommodation charges and airport pickup by cash during our check in.
As the location is in the busy street of Hanoi, you probably won't get enough sleep. The quietest time is between 2am to 5am. After those hours, it's totally buzzing with traffics. We understand this and we prioritised location. We stayed one night before heading to Ha Long Bay. Just get some rest in the bus. All good.

1. Prime location 2. Daily housekeeping service inc. new towel :) 3. Very affordable airport pick up and drop off service at additional costs 4. Staff readily available via whatsapp
1. Narrow staircases which was a nightmare with big suitcases plus our room was on the 4/f 2. Very limited items in the kitchenette 3. No shampoo and shower gel
