Excellent location, clean
Located on 5th floor with no lift but narrow staircase, so people with mobility issues or a lot or luggages should be aware

Great location. Great host as well. The air conditioning was also very good and efficient
Maybe face towels would be nice for after washing your face in the skin or your hands

Excellent location, right in the middle of Old Quarter. We loved the coffee shop below the hotel too (great after a long travel day!). The bed was very comfortable, and the fridge in the room was great for keeping water cool.
We had some issues with hot water availability, however it was so warm in Hanoi it didn’t bother us too much!

Location and cleanliness
No Tea, suger sachet although the electric Kettle was there. Both the soap dispensers were empty. Got refilled (only one dispenser) on the next day although requesting immediately after check in. No dustbin in the room. Only one dustbin available in the washroom. Steep stairs difficult to carry big and heavy suitcases to the fourth floor.
