Centraltique Downtown - Bespoke Colonial House Near Hoan Kiem Lake

Perfect location: In the middle of the city but still very quiet. No elevator but the reception helped us with the bags. Very good

The staff were incredible and the facilities were amazing. The views over the rice fields were amazing, the room was a good size. If you don’t mind riding a bike 10 minutes out and in of busy Hoi An old town this is the place. You’re able to ride further out past the rice fields to lovely little cafes but also into the old town, and your away from the noise of the old town too.

Some of there bikes needed repair,

Clean , well run , location and of course the Staff .

It’s an old building and has a certain charm.. no elevator. So book a lower floor if you’re older .

One power button was indent into the wall on the right hand side of the mattress. A black plastic cover on the right hand side of the shower control came off showing the power cord right under the water tap. These posed the safety risks. I did not expect the room with 2 levels when I booked: so it is hot where the mattress is (on sublevel). On the last night I stayed, from 4 am, there was walking noise on level 4 right on my head (I was sleeping on the sublevel in room 302). Every single walking step on level 4 knocked your head and I was unable to sleep from 4am, so I left.
