The property was fantastic. The beds were large and comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff was amazing. The hospitality was unmatched, I stayed with 3 friends here and we all agreed that the stay was a highlight of our trip. I typically don’t even write reviews, but the hospitality of perfume (who runs perfumes cozy house) and her family was unmatched. We loved the stay and couldn’t recommend it more.

The owner was very friendly and spoke good English. The breakfast and nice and we were treated to a Vietnamese dinner. It is right around the corner from train street and very close to the old quarter.
The room was on the top floor and the new AC could not keep up with the extreme heat on the 3rd floor. One bed had a very hard mattress, but we were provided with a mattress topper. The room is not cleaned daily and you need to use the same towels. We stayed for 4 nights.

The food was good. Staffs were accommodating and pleasant.
Poor facilities. No exhaust fan inside the washroom. Sleepers had foul smell. TV is not working. They never clean nor make up the room, during our stay. You have to ask for new towels downstairs.
