Perfume's Cozy House

Perfumes Cozy House is like a home away from home. Perfume quickly became like a sister to me and the entire staff became family. If you want a home stay experience unlike any other in Hanoi you must stay here.

Nothing.

The owner and her staff were out of this world. If I could give more than 10 I would. Perfume took care of my week long trips. Amazing company

I didn’t like the fact I had to leave because I wanted to stay forever

The location was really good, close by train street and lots of cafes. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, really put a smile.on our faces and were just amazing!

The air con wasn't the best, would turn on and off on its own so didn't really have much control of it but we did have a fan which helped. The hot water was a bit of an issue, the switch was on and we never turned it off and there times when we didnt have any hot water meaning cold showers (for me not an issue but a big issue for mt wife) after many hours or even the following day, there would be hot water. We had windows but didn't have any real natural lighting so it was a little bit depressing but the lights in the room did help a bit.

The food was good. Staffs were accommodating and pleasant.

Poor facilities. No exhaust fan inside the washroom. Sleepers had foul smell. TV is not working. They never clean nor make up the room, during our stay. You have to ask for new towels downstairs.
