Urban Nest Dormitory

L'emplacement est top, le personnel est super et aidant. Il y a plein de salles de bains et c'est propre. Salle commune adapté et confortable pour travailler, manger et etc.

Dortoir pas lumineux. J'ai eu froid la nuit et il n'y a pour couverture qu'une housse de couette. Et je suis sensible aux parfums de synthèse, l'odeur était beaucoup trop forte. J'ai pu éteindre l'appareil tout de meme.

had a really nice stay here. The rooms were clean and felt private, which made it easy to relax after a long day exploring. When you arrive, they give you a towel and a pair of slippers to use during your stay. Just a small heads-up: you’ll need to leave a 200,000 VND deposit when checking in, but don’t worry, you’ll get it back when you check out. There are more than 5 toilets and showers, and they are cleaned 2–3 times a day, so everything stayed hygienic. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.

Each guest has a personal locker for belongings. I recommend putting your slippers in the locker when you’re not using them, because sometimes guests accidentally take the wrong pair, it actually happened to me once when someone took my slippers by mistake. Luckily I found them later, but it’s better to keep them in your locker just to be safe.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me change my bed because my leg was hurting, and I really appreciated that. They also have many different tours. I really enjoyed my Ha Long Bay trip that they recommended. The best thing is that their tours are cheaper and better quality than the ones I found at some other places. The room was decent. Since the price was quite cheap compared to others, I didn’t expect too much. But it was clean and perfect for a short stay. I’m very happy with my experience!

Some Chinese guests were a bit noisy, however, that was not the hotel’s fault. When I informed the reception, they were very willing to remind those guests and handled the situation professionally

Location is nice since it’s a bit outside the main touristic center. The living room area felt like the only comfortable space for me since it was the cleanest and calmest because not many people used it. Other plus point is that they have toilets and showers on every floor, even the rooftop which is funny. The girl at the reception was very helpful and kind and at some point my only positive thing about this place.

I felt like the only girl in this dorm between men all ages, the AC was not necessary, running on some warm temperatures all the time and no one of staff or guests felt like opening the windows to air out the stink? I did every time I saw the chance to do it. And spraying room spray at 10:30pm is a kind gesture but doesn’t really help when you breathe in the chemicals while trying to sleep. Having toilets and showers on every floor comes in handy since I was on a mission to find the least messed up one without yellow sprinkles on the toilet. There was always an unpleasant stinky smell in the toilet and the staircase smelled like mold in some specific areas. Maybe I just had a very unlucky period of time with stinky and noisy guests and travellers but it’s safe to say I didn’t feel comfy and I really hope that I’ll be the only one thinking like this in the future. No hard feelings really, maybe there can be a good solution found since I’ve stayed in plenty hostels in Vietnam and it seems to work elsewhere too so.. 🫶🏼
