The place was well presented and had everything we needed.

The location was perfect, no need for the car. It was a quick walk to the promenade.
The house was spacious, more than you realise from the pictures.
Very quiet area, the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean.
There were four of us, pretty much 4 full sized adults and the couch only seated 3 comfortably, you could squeeze four of us, but it would be very close. It could definitely do with another one seater. The smoke alarm was running low, it was chirping like every 30 seconds, so you had to nip out and buy a battery, the hall light bulb was dead.
