Everything we were very pleased with the apartment it has everything we needed and more

I loved the beds and just the apartment overall

The apartment was spacious, very clean and in an ideal location.

No hot water for 2 days. When we contacted the management they blamed me for not answering my emails quick enough to get the water sorted quicker. This should have been checked before we checked in.

Closeness to centre of Belfast, private parking and a kingsize bed

Fire doors did not close but I am informed that a fire certificate has been awarded for 2023 (very worrying as it is illegal for fire doors not to close) Outside light did not work and there were lose tiles on floor outside apartment Lose handle on bedroom door so dare not shut it in case we got locked in Mould in shower room Lack of curtains in lounge/kitchen made it feel Spartan and like living in a goldfish bowl.several windows in huge main room. but only curtains at the one you see on the photo. Sheets and towels had some holes in Dirty throw on bed Hanging space too short for trousers or dresses no drawers in the bedrooms No mirrors in bedrooms No coat hooks anywhere
