Location was excellent for Belfast sightseeing.

Location. 2 bathrooms was a bonus.

No face washers. No tea towel to dry dishes . Had to supply our own extra toilet tissue and dishwasher tablets.

Great place to stay near to town, river, Titanic district, bus stops and station.

Near to city airport for transfers. Everything we required for self catering. Spacious for two people Location great for walking to all areas - even though across the bridge.

Windows difficult to shut - could hear traffic. ?Previous guests waste in bathroom bucket - plastic bag was just placed over the side so presume cleaner hadn’t noticed. Some broken equipment but didn’t affect stay.

Location. Cleanliness , well equipped if needed.

No where in shower to put shower gel etc. From a woman’s perspective, the lighting was poor for applying make up etc.

Clean cute apartment in a convenient area!

This nicely renovated property was clean and in a good location. Don't let the across the river location stop you, you barely notice the 1 block stroll over the well protected pedestrian bridge into town. Easy to access St. George's Market for yummy eats, in Waterfront Halls backyard for a performance and 10 minute stroll to Titanic Quarter. Very walkable into town, but taxis were easily called to the property as well. Nice to have ginger snaps to have with tea on arrival in the kitchen. There is a washer dryer unit which was helpful. The property manager was very responsive to questions and provided a lot of written information on the area, as well as sites to see. Bathrooms were newly renovated with good hot water.

The unit needed to be aired with windows open for a few minutes upon arrival for stale air, other than that, all was good and they provided exactly what was described! For US travelers not used to combined washer/dryer in the same unit - it works well, but plan for extra time as the cycles take a bit longer to complete. Very grateful to have it mid trip.

Good position, but many things to improve

The apartment has a good position, being 10min walking from City Center. It is mostly new and well maintained. The host is very responsive and present.

we rented the apartment for 7 people, but the size was clerly insufficient (it may be good for 4-5 people max). There was almost no place for luggage, with small or inexistent wardrobes. The double bedroom is very small (~5sqm), while the second room is a bit larger (~12sqm), but for 3 persons. The other two beds are in the living room, taking almost all the space available. We found 2 out of 3 rooms being very noisy (facing the main street) Cleaning should be improved, especially in the bathrooms

Fab stay, comfortable and amazing location to get to everything .

The location was amazing, 5 mins over the bridge to the city centre and 15 mins walk to titanic. We went with 2 teenagers. 1 had the en suite bedroom and the other had the sofa bed in the living room so everyone had their own space and slept well. Wi fi was great . Could not fault it and would recommend if staying in Belfast. We would use again It’s in a block of 4 flats and we did not hear a peep out of the other 3 residents .

We are used to rural location so traffic was noisy but it’s what we expected in a city. We took early plugs so not too much of an issue Doesn’t look nice from outside but looks can be deceiving . It was a little tricky to find but if you’re struggling, it’s just over the blue bridge from the city centre with the wire statue on city side of bridge (see pic)

It was exactly as described, exterior was unflattering but interior was excellent, we were told to hold off judgement until we got in and it didn't disappoint. Location and parking was perfect.

Minor comment...some of the kitchen utensils need updating, we decided to eat in one night.

Lovely apartment, great location.

Great location. Comfortable, clean apartment. Company was easy to deal with and very responsive to questions prior to our stay.

It took slightly longer than expected to receive our deposit back but we did stay between Christmas and New Year so this may have been due to the time of year.

Es hat uns riesig gefallen. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und ist extrem gut gelegen. Sehr dicht am Flughafen (man hört kaum etwas) und sehr dicht an der Innenstadt gelegen. Fussläufig sehr dicht am Titanic Quartier!
