The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to Donegall Square. The property was lovely and clean, a complementary wine and snacks from the host. There was a parking space outside the door. I would highly recommend this property for a visit to Belfast.
I didn't find any fault.

Location not very close to the city centre, but was quieter than. Convenient restaurants strip and shops nearby. Free car park.
The tall staircase to access the first floor apartment. The over-demanding identity verification and warranty deposit before confirming checking-in. Rates were very high for the apartment.

It was modern and clean and comfortable
The fridge didnt work and we lost all of our food. The hot water system didnt work, cold showers first day, burning hot the next,, or water would just stop working mid shower. There was no dryer as we requested, so our clothes hung over heaters for days requiring our apartment to be like we were in the tropics. We tried to turn indivual radiators off but they didnt work. Also the area was really rough, full of people drunk in the apartment complex and doing drugs in the side streets.
