Everything. This apartment is in a perfect location for visiting Belfast City by foot. It also includes a parking space. The apartment itself was fully equipped, comfortable, clean, and spacious. It was a very high standard overall. The highlight was the customer service received. Tony was amazing . He sent very detailed instructions, left lots of tips for the area, and answered questions within minutes. Thank you so much for everything 😀 We would recommend and return to this apartment.

Could have been a bit cleaner and fresher especially the bathroom.

The location was great, the amounts of equipment in the flat was good. Parking space was good.
Everything was tired and shabby. Poor quality furniture, towels and beds, scuffed doors and radiators. Mould in places, front door was loose, rugs were thin and grubby. Some kitchen equipment was dirty.
