Excellent location for the City Centre, train stations and shops. Easy and clear instructions to access the apartment. Comfortable beds and good shower.

Location was perfect

We had no heat for both days we were there, despite informing the host. She replied to one of 3 Whatsapp messages (that were read) saying maintenance would be in touch shortly but didn't reply again, despite telling her it was still not working. My mother (close to her 70's), my husband and I, in mid February had no heat at all, for 2 full days. And still had to pay full price with no apology offered.

Belfast was a great city to visit. Apartment was very good but small things could make it better.

Comfy beds. Excellent location for shopping, restaurants and pubs.

Blind in living room would not open so needed lights on all the time. Ran out of toilet paper as only 2 rolls supplied. No hand soap or shower gel was supplied. Only 2 wine glasses available.

Apartment wasn’t clean. It had been tidied up but definitely needs a good clean. Bathroom was filthy. Cups were all tea stains. We found socks in one of the beds! Disappointed bedlinen hadn’t been changed!

Central location and comfortable beds. Heating wasn't working but was quickly sorted by Dearbháil.

In need of an update. Cushions on chairs were torn and stained. Radiators were rusting. Black mould on bathroom window and in shower cubicle. Only 2 wine glasses and no oven gloves. Blinds in bedroom were torn and kickboards in kitchen were broken. Could do with a lamp or wall lights in sitting room.

A perfect base for exploring the fabulous city of Belfast!

Ideal location for exploring the city centre. Shops, bars and restaurants at the end of the street which was really handy. Spotlessly clean and really comfortable beds.

Itwould have been useful to have a bit more information about locating the apartment (the numbering system in the street is a bit confusing).

The site should include exterior photos to manage customer expectations. The apartment is not in the most desirable area and it was disappointing initially but was offset against convenience.

Great spacious apartment very close to restaurants and nightlife with free parking.

The location was perfect, close to everything you need - food, entertainment, etc. The apartment was great too, very spacious with plenty of room for the five of us. Donna, our host was helpful and informative, giving us very useful information about how to get into the apartment.

The only thing I didn't like about the apartment is that there were very few basic items in there. There was no hand soap for example in the bathroom and only two toilet rolls for five people. I've stayed in many apartments before and there have always been some basic items such as soap, salt, pepper, and oil but we had to buy all those items, including an extra toilet roll as there were so many of us. Only for this, I would have given full 10 points for our stay.
