Location, location & location
Carpet is dirty. Only 1 big towel x 4 days x each person. Only 1 small plastic bag x garbage x 4 days. Sound proof was weak. Exhaustion fan in toilet is weak. Rating in Belfast was always over rated in booking.com. Charge was expensive

The property was situated perfectly for our needs. It was extremely comfortable and clean and just a lovely wee apartment.
Also the host was easy to contact and was very courteous.
We would stay in this apartment again when visiting Belfast and highly recommend it.

It was a truly a beautiful apartment. Open, airy and very clean. The neighborhood is really nice with a mix of people. There was a Tesco express market just around the corner which was very convenient for small grocery shopping. It was walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and to several old pubs. We loved it.
There wasn't anything to dislike. Considering we were in the city center, you felt like you were in a small community. Perhaps in the old days it was considered council housing but the area was well-kept and felt safe.
