Great apartment with commanding views of Belfast. I loved the location, but it's close to Sandy Row and can see why that might make some uneasy. We experienced no issues whatsoever, the risks in Belfast are overstated.
Sofabed was a bit tricky to use but it worked.

The location and the views
The blinds in the room, which doubled up as a bedroom were broken so provided no privacy or no coverage from the early morning sun.

Die Lage war gut. Dicht am Bahnhof und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Rathaus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants entfernt. Toller Ausblick. Der Kontakt war schnell und freundlich und bemüht uns eine erneute Reinigung zu ermöglichen. (Die hätte uns aber zuviel der wenigen Zeit in Belfast genommen)
Wir hatten leider sehr viel Pech mit der Reinigung. Die Wohnung hat furchtbar gestunken, da Essen im Ofen vergessen worden war. Die Küchentüren waren dreckig und der Duschkopf hat geschimmelt. Wir mussten erstmal putzen und zwei Tage lüften. Der Balkon hat einen Glasscheibenschutz (10.stock brauch Schwindelfreiheit!) welche laut Aushang im Haus derzeit bereits mehrfach herausgefallen waren- für uns daher nicht nutzbar.
