Central Belfast Apartments: Park Avenue

Fantastic location. Lovely apartment and well kitted out

Wasn’t great for a baby who is into everything

Location was great, right in the city centre, few mins walk from choice of pubs and restaurants. Spacious apartment. Private allocated parking. Really clear check in/out and parking instructions.

Location, comfortable and really clean. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Loved it all.

Location is great, very central (little bit noisy doe to building work directly outside and late night weekends bars but that’s what you get picking somewhere central so no issue). Beds comfy, apartment is stylish and spacious, staff very responsive and helpful when we raised issues

Dripping leak in the living room ceiling, not enough mugs/glassware for 5 people, half broken toaster (swiftly replaced by staff once reported), couldnt initially get the dishwasher working so spent the first couple of days handwashing - instructions didn’t cover the issue and maintenance didn’t seem to have a spare key to look at whilst we were out for the day. Previous occupants had left explicit stickers hidden in a couple of places which our kids found - not really the fault of the apartment of housekeeper, just unfortunate and a bit unpleasant.
