Central Belfast Apartments: Park Avenue

Location, comfortable and really clean. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Could do with a deep clean. Many surfaces very dusty. Although quite nice and modern, looking a bit tired and a couple of broken items which (to be fair) were replaced very quickly and the staff were very helpful

Great location for exploring Belfast. On 7th floor but lift was efficient. Kitchen appliances worked well. Clean and comfortable.

There are 3 double bedrooms but the dining/living room furniture only accommodates maximum 4 people. A 5th person was originally due to be with us but that would have been a problem. Several items of crockery are badly chipped and there are only 4 wine glasses.

The apartment is a duplex which is not stated on booking.com Unfortunately we had elderly people with mobility issues in our group this became very inconvenient and troublesome as they also needed the en-suite which was up two flights of stairs. Furthermore the apartment wasn't as big as it looks in the pictures, the plug sockets where faulty and loose, the apartment was not clean and the sofa had large staines all over it. The rooms where small with bed frames that wobbled and creaked. The wifi was switched off and took alot of time to set up after switching on!! This apartment was definitely not suited for older guests as the codes to access and then having to set up wifi, tv etc once in the apparentment were troublesome and time consuming.
