Central Belfast Apartments: University Street

The quick response from staff, even the cleaner at the end of our stay was lovely.

The deposit, i think thats very steep for a refundable deposit and unfortunatly it stops me from booking again.

Spacious and clean

The property was comfortable, clean and relaxing.

The location and it was clean.

Amenities were not great. Was only given three rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for a week. And one little shower towel each. When we asked for more toilet paper, we were told where the nearest shop was to buy some. It seems so small, but that probably annoyed me the most. I wouldn’t have even considered toilet paper as an ‘amenity’ before this, but as a basic fixture of accommodation. The other thing that I didn’t like was the notes threatening to charge more if the trash wasn’t taken out and if it wasn’t take out properly and if you had people come up to the flat for any reason. Made me feel stressed and on edge the entire time even though we took care of the place. The WiFi didn’t work great except in the main living area especially when the doors were closed. Just an added annoyance when you’re relying on WiFi more heavily because you’re from out of the country.
