Loverly property a short walk into the city centre. Excellent kitchen facilities and comfortable rooms. Shower was excellent. Nice welcome basket on arrival. Easy building to access.
Only issue was the lift not in operation. But that was a building maintenance issue and not a host issue. We were well informed in time.

Inside the property was absolutely beautiful. Beds super comfortable and spacious. Messaging the property was super easy and any issues had were resolved quickly

Location is great. Hosts were super attentive and welcoming. Clean and spotless. Very spacious,.
No hot water all weekend in the en suite bathroom, meaning we all had to share one shower. Some basic shower gel or hand wash, something would have been useful. There’s nothing at all. The lift not working really is a big issue, and we were only told about it a few days before arrival which by that point it was too late to find alternative accommodation.
