4 bedrooms (3 doubles and one twin room) and two bathrooms are all available for your comfort.
We are located inside a gated community just 10 minutes walk from Queens University and 20 minutes walk form the city centre.
Free parking provided and bus stop just 2 mins walk from the house.
In the immediate vicinity you will find loads of great bars, cafes, restaurants and riverside walks.
Large 4 bedroom townhouse in lovely gated area within the vibrant Queen's Quarter area of Belfast.
Open plan dining and living area with enough seating for all guests. This leads into a small but fully equipped kitchen so you can feel right at home.
On the middle floor you will find two double bedrooms (one with en suite and working/study area) with views overlooking either University Ave or the courtyard.
On the top floor you will find two more bedrooms (one with twin beds and work/study area) as well as the master bathroom with full size bath.
Guests have access to the entire house
Absolutely no parties, loud noise or extra guests without permission. Your stay will be cancelled immediately without refund. Sorry to be strict on this but we need to do all we can to protect against certain bookings and protect our neighbourhood.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
