About this house rental
Perfectly located, our house is designed to be your home from home. We have created a relaxing and luxurious Living / Dining Area where you can put your feet up and relax. Our Fresh Scandi-style Kitchen is packed with all accessories and amenities we think you would need to cook for yourself or even entertain in our home.
With 4 great sized bedrooms, finished to either a Scandi or Industrial style, no matter what room you get, you can be guaranteed of one thing - Absolute Comfort!
The space
Our house has been freshly renovated and designed to make it the most comfortable and luxurious airbnb host home we can.
We also have tried to accommodate our home for Children too, from travel cots to kids plates, glasses and cutlery.
Comfort and Luxury is key in our home, so you can expect only the best mattresses, pillows and 100% Eqyptian Cotton Bedsheets.
There will be ample high-quality towels and toiletries provided during your stay and for those on an extended stay, we will arrange for the house to be cleaned and fresh linens provided weekly.
If there is anything you need while at our home and we haven't thought of it, please just drop us a message and let us know.
Guest access
You will have full access to our home during your stay.
Other things to note
Check-out is 11am, however if there is no-one checking in the next day, I'm happy to be flexible with that time.
Also I know that many guests travel for business, so if there is anything you need to send in advance of your arrival, I am happy to accommodate that. Just drop me a message and I can arrange that for it to be waiting for you on your arrival.
A security deposit of £250 is payable via PayPal before your arrival and is fully refundable if no damage has occurred on inspection.

We stayed here 3 years ago and were thrilled it was available for this trip! Location is great!! Close to the bus stop to go into City Centre. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. I didn’t need to contact her often but Nuala is easy to contact and quick to respond.

Excellent location and wonderful amenities in this house. The host communicated clearly and in a timely and respectful manner. The house overall was very clean and comfortable. Honestly it was in many ways quite perfect! The only reason for the lower rating is that the beds were not comfortable and very very noisy. Some of the linens including pillows could have benefited from a professional cleaning.
