Would Stay Again

Good location - 15mins walk to centre. Free parking outside. Easy self check-in/check out. Comfortable beds and had cot already set up in the bedroom on arrival. The apartment had all the facilities needed for our stay. Laura was very responsive about any queries and communicated well throughout our stay.

Literally home away from home! A lot of Asian stores and restaurants near the accomodation (Asian here!) 10-15 mins walk to the city hall and city centre. 5-10 mins walk to bus stop. And Laura is very lovely and accomodating.

Fantastic stay at The Auction House…will definitely stay there again!

Just home from a great two night stay in Belfast. This property was top class. We had a small issue with one window blind being broken in one of the bedrooms but it was fully resolved by the host the next day. Off street parking was such a bonus too as it was less than a 15 minute walk to the city centre so we could leave the car at the property. The accommodation was amazing with two really comfortable bedrooms, a fab bathroom and a really lovely kitchen and living area.

Painted walls touched up with a different shade of cream which makes it stand out…..just paint the whole wall!!

Clean, great location, didn’t want to leave.

The property was beautiful, it was so clean, the bed was really comfortable and the decor was stunning. We couldn’t have asked for more to be honest, it was perfect and in a great location. Laura was really easy to communicate with, she even let us know that the apartment was ready to check in early, which was appreciated after a long journey. Will be staying again, and would highly recommend!

Served its purpose. Clean and convenient.

Price reflected this is a no frills apartment. Everything we needed was there but it lacked a bit of homeliness. A short walk to town hall and main CBD meant we could leave our hire car parked up outside the building.

While being close to a Wetherspoons and other pubs was in a bit of a run down area to walk through.

Very well located, some aspects to improve

The location is just optional. We like to walk so we had no need for public transport whatsoever; both city center and the Titanic quarter were very easy to reach. We found the kitchen well equipped and the rooms comfortable.

There was a general smell of sewage coming from the toilet, as in humidity or so, although we were ventilating every day. Also, all internal doors, except for the bathroom have a self closing artifact which made it quite uncomfortable; we had to use our luggage to keep them open just to be able to have some normal coming and going between the rooms.

Comfortable modern downtown apartment which exceeded our expectations.

A modern, comfortable 1 bedroom apartment which is a 10 minute walk to the City Hall which is the epicentre of Belfast. The communication with the host was easy and dynamic. The comfortable large bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The apartment is stylishly decorated and we enjoyed our 2 night stay. It was our 5th visit to Belfast and this apartment exceeded our expectations. We would stay here again.

Lovely

There was parking right outside the building. Kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary items. The place itself was clean and tidy, with very nice decor. Located close by a few restaurants and walking distance to some grocery stores like Tesco express.

The room we were allocated in was at the very top of the building. There is no elevator so it was a bit of a struggle getting our luggage up and down the stairs. Understandably its an old building so i don't expect it to have an elevator. Its a not a big issue at all, it was just a bit difficult juggling between trying to get my 3 year old up the stairs with luggage.

The bedroom doors close on their own but there are no door stoppers. Not sure if it is a fire safety consideration, but we had to use our suitcases to prop open the inside doors.

Comfortable stay near the city

Apartment was in a good location, furnishings were lovely and modern and the space was very comfortable. Hosts were incredibly helpful and easy to get in touch with, we had a small issue with one of our rooms which was rectified immediately once I made contact.

There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom which didn’t bother me but it was noticeable, seemed like it came from a corner of the wall beside the shower, probably due to the building itself being old. This didn’t impact our stay and the bathroom itself was finished to a high standard - all fixtures were high quality.

Wonderful apartment near Queen's college.

They sent a message stating the check in policy, and it was easy. There were lots of restaurants, and an easy walk to the station, the college, and the shops.

It is a lovely apartment, decorated tastefully, and was perfectly designed placed for where we wanted to go.

It was very clean and comfortable, and well placed for where we wanted to go.

Sofa wasn’t comfortable and bathroom was too warm as we weren’t able to turn the radiator off. Coupled with no window, it made showering uncomfortable.

The location was great, we could access everywhere we needed on foot. The apartment was everything we needed, clean, comfortable and had a parking space and washing machine, which were very welcome additions.

It was brilliant! We booked our accommodation along the way with parking in mind. This property has excellent parking. Is super close to city centre. We loved having a home instead of a room. The 40 stairs to the top level had our ‘seniors’ little legs working, but worth it. Highly recommend ☘️

Belfast, short but uncomfortable.

No breakfast.

The proprietress wanted me to provide a copy of my drivers licence for identification before she would provide access to the accommodation. I have been and am registered with Bookings.com and have never had to do this anywhere that I have reserved accommodation through Bookings.com. The room was on the top floor, which was the second floor. There were 36 steps to carry the cases up. This, my wife and I found to be difficult, due to our ages. Had I known this prior to accepting the accommodation, I would have refused the accommodation. The property had a lean towards the entrance way which made the bedroom and dining room doors close due to the fall in the property. The entrance door and the bathroom doors would stay open and had to be secured in order for them to remain shut. The toilet was loose on the floor mounting and felt unsafe to use, it also has a small leak under the ped pan. Instructions should have been left at the property for the use of the shower, and when it was worked out, it was difficult to control to an acceptable temperature. It was jointly agreed between my wife and I that the stay was unpleasant and we were pleased to leave.

A fantastic apartment to stay.

Tha apartment, including facilities and ensentials provided, is very good. With detailed instructions using text meaasages, admission is easy and secure and there is always a helpful hand there when needed. The location is very convinent walking to city centre to the north and to botanic garden to the south and all within 15 minutes. In particular, three Chinese shops are nearby. Car safty is a bit concern and it is turned out to be ok during our stay.

A slightly disappointment is that the bed room window is not double glazing so noise due to vehicle passing disturbes sleep.

Erne Getaway is a selection of modern apartments in the historic town of Enniskillen, and I couldn’t have asked for a better base during my stay. Owned and operated by the warm and welcoming Mary & Eddie, you’re in exceptionally safe hands. I was in town for a couple of days visiting nearby attractions, and choosing to stay in one of their apartments turned out to be a brilliant decision. Spotlessly clean, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, the apartments are not only affordable but maintained to the highest standards. The care and attention to detail shown by the owners is evident throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely return on my next visit to Enniskillen.
