The location was very central. The property was well equipped. The bathroom was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The coffee maker was particularly good and plenty of pods left for use.
We loved this place.
I suppose the only thing we noticed was doors banged shut very easily and were noisy we felt bad for neighbours but hard not let this happen.

Good size bathroom and kitchen area. Clean and tidy.
Lugging 3 large heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Need some counter space in the bathroom

Really excellent communcation with the hosts. Parking is available, Lots of food options in the area, Botanic Station and Gardens within walking distance

Close proximity to everything
There was no helpful information sheet/booklet on how yo use appliances, the toaster only 1 side worked, the stove had a lock on it so we could not use it at all, the TV had no local channels. The weather being so cold extra blankets would have been appreciated.
