Excellent location - clean and spacious
Not enough seats in the living room- it was rented for 5 adults only 1 3 seater sofa in the living space

Location was perfect for Ormeau park concert.
No hand soap, half bottle of body wash and shampoo for 2 bathrooms.

Property had two bathrooms which was good. They have a plug in fan which was good in this heat.
The massive glass window was cracked. There were only two dining room chairs for a four person place? The table was really rickety. The toilet seat in the ensuite was super loose. There was a bedside drawer that was completely broken. The handle on one of the bedroom doors was also broken really badly so that I was afraid to close the door. The place has been wrecked and damaged and just not fixed. I messaged a host about this stuff with pictures and I got no reply. It’s not worth the money paid. The area is also dodgy.
