Great property, great location, great value!

The apartment was very generously sized for 2 people, we had a kitchen island with seating plus a living area with a huge window and to and the bed was so comfortable, the location was perfect being right in the cathedral quarter the walk to bars and restaurants and shops was minutes.

Perfect apartment home from home for our family stay

Perfectly located in the city centre, the apartment was ideal for exploring while still offering a peaceful, quiet stay with no noise issues at all. The spacious kitchen and living area were well stocked, making it easy to relax and enjoy family time together. The layout worked perfectly for us, and the comfortable beds and thoughtful touches like cosy throws made it feel like a home away from home. We were genuinely impressed and would highly recommend it to others. An absolutely amazing find for our family of four we wouldn’t hesitate to book again for any future stays.

Fab, stylish, base right in the centre of everything Belfast has to offer

Fantastic location right in the heart of Belfast. Bars and restaurants all within 5-10 mins walk. Lovely, spotlessly clean, modern & stylish apartment. Very well equipped. Large living and kitchen space for 2 people. Couldn’t have asked for a better base for our two night stay here. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing but maybe a tv in the bedroom ( there is an aerial socket) and a couple more pictures on the wall. It's quite minimalist but this is being super picky - I could easily live there.

The location was amazing. Right in the middle of everything without being noisy. We could walk everywhere. It was clean, very comfy and spacious. Nice touches like sponges and washing up liquid really were appreciated.

Minor things - the shower was very temperamental and the tiniest touch to the tap would make it freezing or scalding. There was only one wine glass so we had to use the two tumblers for wine. We’ve stayed in loads of places and were surprised there was no supply of tea/coffee.

Didn’t stay as the we were told we could check in early, let ourselves in and there was already someone in the apartment! Phoned the company who apologised and send he would contact us when the apartment was ready. No phone call so let ourselves in again after 3pm and it hadn’t been cleaned! Contacted the company who stated there had been a last minute booking after we had been told we could check in early and the cleaners hadn’t been informed. We had been hanging about all day so asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else

Disappointing

Location was great. The access to the building and window view onto the street was good. It was very quiet. The bedroom, bathroom and lounge were all lovely, modern and spacious.

The cooking facilities were filthy - oven, microwave, pots/frypan were all filthy and not at all usable. Toaster was very dirty. There was a spent coffee capsule in the coffee machine, and it had not been cleaned in a short while. The drawers were unclean. Such a pity as the rest of the apartment was immaculately cleaned. While I contacted the agency on the 1st day of my stay, nothing was done about it. I specifically booked an apartment with kitchen facilities so I could prepare my own meals and this was not possible while it was this unhygienic.

Fabulous apartment! Upon arrival was spotlessly clean & had everything you could possibly need! We loved our stay & most definitely recommend for location, cleanliness, comfort & genuinely a lovely space to stay!

Only thing but that’s not a reflection on the building whatsoever was having to go up & down to the street to have a cigarette! Nothing else to fault at all!

This apartment was AMAZING!! It was so clean, spacious, modern, had everything we needed. Location was perfect, right in Cathedral Quarter but was so quiet in the apartment. The hosts were super helpful and acommodating.

Good but the apartment couldn't have been better.

The location was excellent

The apartment was not cleanedon our arrival at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. The were was rubbish lying about the kitchen, towels on the bathroom floor and an unmade bed. The maid arrived 5 minutes after us with a baby who she parked sleeping in the hall whilst she she cleaned the apartment. On complaining the management said they would meet us before we left which they didn't. The maid then knocked on our door to see if we had left an hour and a half before we were due to check out. There was also a hole in the wall in the bathroom were the toilet holder had fallen off and visible damage the the surface of the island in the kitchen.

Beautiful location, lovely big windows!

I thought the space was very nice and clean. The windows were beautiful. They were very big and brought a lot of natural light. The check in process was efficient and easy using door codes. The location is great. You are right on the busiest and most popular street of Belfast so you can access everything you need. I personally also like having both a living room and bedroom separate, it gives a chilling spot which is nice. Bathroom mirror was very nice and modern.

There were some pen marks on the walls in the bedroom which honestly could be painted over quite easily. It did stand out to me because the marks were black over white walls. And there was a ripped sticker in the hall way. It is such a lovely space a little bit of maintenance would make sure it keeps its charm of luxury. But nothing important!

Great stay, would highly recommend.

The location is very central and felt safe. I liked that the doors had keypads for entry so you don’t have to carry around keys. The unit I had was very spacious and updated:

The lift was broken so I had to carry my heavy suitcase up a couple flights of steep stairs by myself so it was a bit dangerous and strenuous. The property notified me of this prior to check in. My only complaint is the shower needed to be cleaned better. The mildew was quite significant and looked like it had not been scrubbed in a while especially in the corners.

Spotless apartment, right in the heart of the city centre. Costa downstairs was a bonus. Felt very secure and was tastefully decorated. Lovely big shower and all basic kitchen utensils / crockery available.

The weather was fabulous. The property is spacious and well located.

I love the location of this property. We have stayed here before. It has a nice place to drop your luggage, especially since we have never been able to check in on arrival .

We stayed several nights here. There were no kitchen towels and we were unable to obtain any. We ran the dishwasher more than I would have liked since we couldn't do a simple wash up. Two bath towels weren't enough for numerous nights...
