• Peaceful location: no unnecessary noise despite proximity to town centre. 4th floor with balcony view of city with no pollution. • Very clean & well maintained. • Less than 5 min walk to BT1 Elms (student accommodation for Queen University Belfast) where we dropped our ‘fresher’ daughter. • Close proximity to dining / eat out facilities including ‘halaal’ options. • Less than 10 mins walk to town centre and shopping centres. • VERY COURTEOUS and easily approachable manager; replied promptly via messages and alleviated any concerns. • Lift access; wheelchair accessible 👍

Location was good. Ease of access to apartment and pre arrival information good. Hot water and warm. Quiet apartment.
To be honest it's a bit dreary and run down! It needs a good clean, painting , some new furniture and just to generally make it feel welcoming! The bath had rust in it. We used the bath and rust was floating in the water. No toaster. Tv we couldn't get to work. No bed side lights. Come on you're renting out a property at least make the place look nice. I could go on but there's far better places out there. The road just past the apartment is run down and grotty.
