Disappointing and not ‘luxurious’ at all

Location.

The heating had to be operated via an app and had been turned off on the system in the house. We couldn’t get it to work therefore the house was extremely cold, the water was freezing so we couldn’t have a shower as it was ice cold. I also would not describe this as ‘luxurious’ as there was huge stains on the bedsheets and marks on the walls all over the property. It also was not very clear that there is a £250 damage deposit, and this has to be completed via a link which asks for picture of your ID and a picture of you. Which is quite invasive and very unnecessary. I expressed this to the host and they ignored my concerns and just proceeded to ask me to complete the link for payment. I also expressed these issues with the host post stay, and they have been ignored.

We did not stay at this property as apparently there was a leak from the previous occupants. Therefore we were offered an alternative department on our arrival which only had 2 bedrooms and a blow up bed. ( Opel 62 )Not what we wanted but had no choice The views from the property were lovely , but access to the apartment and parking was via a supplied mobile phone with an app . Not practical when the whole party are not together all the time

Great house lovely facilities in quiet location however handy for everything!

Great property in quiet location. Shower was fab and nice touch with the toiletries too! Host happy to help and very accommodating especially when there was no water! Definitely recommend and hopefully will be back again next year!

Big brother listening

Nice clean house

An extra hidden charge for security deposit very unusual on booking.com apartments. We checked in at 4.30 on the Saturday afternoon (all of us in our mid 50s), put the tv on while getting ready to go out only to get a text message from the states and email to say loud noises detected in apartment. We found a listening device behind the tv. If I had of known about the above I wouldn’t have booked

good but not quite luxurious

a nice house in a quiet street close to Queens university and city hospital.. dedicated parking space at the rear of the house with on street parking in addition. good clear instructions for entry and the the house was clean and well equipped.

This house is a few elements that dont lend themselves to its luxurious title - The property is finished in the main to a high standard but the are a few sloppy finishing touches around plug sockets etc that let it down. The beds really let the score down for this property- they are really uncomfortable and are the main reason I would not return here. Disappointingly there was no hot water but we only realised late at night and there was no time to get if fixed before we check out.
