Great location, spacious, parking on site, clean, well appointed, helpful staff.
Pillows were firm (I’m a pillow snob and like a soft plush pillow).

Location is perfect for the area around Queens.
No curtains only blinds which allowed much light in from 06:00. Low quality sheets and towels. Bathroom needs regrouting and new silicon. Bathroom drains had a terrible smell, we bought drain cleaner it was so bad. They advertise as 5-Star but at best it is a nice 3 star.
