Perfect for groups and effortless.

We booked out 3 apartments for a team night away and from communication to the facilities, we couldn't fault them. They were so helpful and answered any question we had. The rooms were warm, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The showers were a highlight, perfect size, great power and plenty of water on demand too.

Nice, comfortable and HOME away from HOME place

I enjoyed the special touches to the property such as the tankless water tank; never with out hot water. The shower pressure was great. I also enjoyed that the place only took a couple of hours to warm up to my level of comfort after we arrived. The host were available when ever we had a questions about the apartment.

I would have like to have labels on the switches on the wall in the kitchen area. I had cut a switch off and cut the hot water tank off; I thought it was the switch for the plug for my phone. I would like a trash can in all bathrooms.

Wonderful visit to Belfast

Beautifully decorated, cosy and modern. Close to city centre via 9a or 9b bus that runs every 30minutes. Lovely residential quiet area. Within walking distance of The Botanic Gardens and Ulster museum.

We had no complaints except the hot water pressure regularly dropped too low. However on advice from Christine, this was easily remedied.

Highly recommend The Ulsterville to anyone visiting Belfast

The apartment was a wonderful size. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. The styling in the apartment was tasteful. Off street parking was good (because street was so busy). Communication with property was excellent.

There was no soft close on the doors so people coming and going meant constant slamming of doors - this was generally in the morning and at night. We also left feedback on the height of the pillows and need for a variety of pillow heights.

Fabulous quiet apartment in central Belfast

It was a wonderful place. The building was beautiful and the apartment was spotless and had everything needed. Hosts were great, made sure I had what I needed and got in OK. There’s a lovely curry place around the corner as well with excellent food and great value. Close to the university, the gardens, and close enough to the touristy bits without being in the middle of it.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, in a great location and had good facilities. The staff responded to all our requests quicky ,efficiently and in a friendly manner. Great stay, will do it again.

The shower splashed outside the screened shower area making the bathroom wet and slippery. Could also do with a couple more kitchen chairs.

I loved everything about the apartment and it was in a lovely area with good transport links just off the Lisburn Road with its lovely shops and wonderful Restaurants, there was even a Tesco just up the road. The apartment itself was lovely, very clean, stylish and cosy. The owners had really considered its guests. It had all the mod cons and was the best equipped kitchen by far of all the places I’ve stayed. It had everything you needed from various pots and pans right down to clingfilm and foil! They even supplied herbs, olive oil, mayonnaise, milk tea and coffee! The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to leave it! And a lovely bathroom with a powerful shower..Ample storage space in the bedroom and plenty of light flooding through the whole apartment. The interior design was so lovely and tasteful with beautiful high corniced ceilings and big bay windows, definitely 5*. The added bonus was the on site Car Parking.

The property was very clean. It was modern and well decorated. The hosts were so friendly and kept in contact with us regarding check in, which was a very easy process. There was a gated parking area so it was secure and safe. It was a good location, and taxis were available to take us into the centre.
