Good location

Cleaners were rude and aggressive, lied and stated the house was needing another cleaning team pictures can be attached as a result owners kept £150 of a deposit yes £150 for some alcohol spilt on the floor, there isn’t as much as a mop for guests to clear up themselves. Scam! Not as much as a phone call from the owner to try resolve just stated keeping deposit. Shocking! And the cleaners were male, very aggressive and intimidating and spoke in a derogatory fashion to 3 females!

Nothing took money but apt not ready had to book somewhere else

On short notice we didn’t have room ready. If not ready monitor it better on booking.com close your booking system had lucky I had more money to book somewhere else could have been ended up with nowhere to sleep and no money

Great clean apartment in a super location at a great price.

I loved how clean everything was, the beds were super comfy and the location was excellent as it was just off the Lisburn road close to all the shops, cafe's and restaurants.

I honestly can't fault our stay, I can say we were a bit weary when we pulled up as it looked a little rough around the edges on the street but this is not the host's fault in any way and does not take away from the apartment its self.

Great location, just across from the Ulster Museum and Botanic Gardens & an easy stroll into town. Very comfortable beds & good shower. Free on-street parking just outside the front door.

Good apartment for a short stay

Well equipped apartment, close to several tourist attractions (e.g. Botanic Gardens, Queen's University). Tastefully decorated. Modern amenities in the apartment (e.g. smart TV, wifi, shower with good water pressure). Good facilities available in the vicinity (e.g. Centra, take away, restaurants)

Bedrooms are on the small side . There was a constant noise outside the bedroom windows from an adjacent building (possibly a boiler house). Only one key was provided, which could be a hassle if your group/family needs to travel to different places.

We were very glad we found it, and were delighted with our stay.

Clean, modern, comfortable, good facilities, reasonable price, nice decor, close to our concert in the Botanic Gardens, we were extremely happy and would book it again.

Only issue I had was that one of the beds had no sheet, just a mattress protector, it was uncomfortable and interrupted my sleep.
