Exceptional accommodation. Enjoyable stay.

Safe and friendly neighbourhood on the doorstep of Queens university and shopping prefinct Botanical Gardens and Ulster Museum close by. Apartment simply stunning with easy access , warmly lit foyer, tasteful décor, comfortable beds, fresh white linen and full kitchen facilities, dining, lounge and tv. What a treat!

Feels Very Comfortable

Absolutely fantastic stay — the place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in perfect condition. Check-in was easy and fast which was helpful with kids in and out and communication was fast when we had any questions. Truly one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in, had some great amenities so we didn’t need much else. My kids enjoyed all of the nearby beaches and would love to return.

Only things that would be helpful for guests: -Could use better quality kitchen & toilet rolls (cheaper thin ones ran out fast) -Could use new and fresh dish sponges in kitchen for sanitary reasons. -Would have loved a small broom & dust pan for guests to clean beach sand on floor

This place was AMAZING! Perfect spot for exploring the city — everything’s within walking distance, and it’s in a really nice part of town. Loads of great cafés and shops nearby, and the Post House Bar is literally a minute away — they do a seriously good pint of Guinness if that’s your thing. The apartment itself was lovely — really tastefully done, modern but comfortable, and had everything I needed for the night. Super clean, quiet, and just felt like a great place to come back to after a day out.

We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was beautiful.

It was so convenient. We were moving house and it suited so well we could come and ago as we needed.

We had parking on site which was great as it was quiet. Parking was restricted on the street which might be a problem if all the apartments were occupied.

The apartment is newly furnished, fresh and clean. Great spot and location for our event.

Only thing we could fault is the blinds in the bedroom. Let the morning light it which left it difficult to sleep. A set of curtains or blackout blinds would be a better option.

Schöne Unterkunft

Unsere Hosts waren sehr freundlich, bei Fragen prompt in der Beantwortung, die kontaktlose Wohnungsübernahme bzw. -übergabe problemlos und es gab einen Parkplatz für unseren Mietwagen. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Wohngegend nahe der Universität. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Laden, zwei, drei Restaurants, Bushaltestellen, eine davon ist eine Hop-On-Hop-Off-Haltestelle. Das Haus, in dem welchem sich diese und weitere 5 Wohnungen befinden, wurde vermutlich erst vor Kurzem renoviert. Das Zimmer war tadellos: sehr sauber, hübsch eingerichtet, alles, was benötigt wurde, vorhanden. Wir haben nicht viel von den anderen Hausgästen mitbekommen und würden die Unterkunft wieder wählen.

Ein, zwei Garderobenhaken im Flur und eine kleine Ablage im Badezimmer wären noch praktisch gewesen.
