I have experienced many Airbnbs throughout Ireland and elsewhere that were infinitely more comfortable and affordable.

Good location. Comfortable bed

Overall, I felt the property was tired and in and in my opinion, in need of refurbishment. The bedrooms were very small with limited room for storage. The shower was probably the smallest I have encountered and uncomfortable to use. The lock on the bathroom door failed to work on occasions, the bedroom door failed to close. The hot water was sporadic and often non-existent.

Great location. Beds were comfortable

Obviously hadn't been occupied for a while, was a bit smelly. Heating was off and a pain to get going again. Only one key provided which was also a pain. Once we'd got past the hurdles it was great.

Useful to have a parking space. Entry arrangements were straight forward. Apartment was spacious. Heating was great. Close to convenience store. Well equipped.

The apartment was located in an area with lots of restaurants and shops. We appreciated being on the first floor and we had no problem parking in the front spaces provided. It had everything we needed for our week in Belfast.

Was a good spacious apartment. Nice comfy and modern.

Not enough towels. Was a family of 4 there for 4 day 3 nights and had only 4 towels for the full stay. Had to go buy towels to wash the kids on the second last day. Had asked for towels to ve told they couldn't get any to us.

Outside driveway and front door access covered in litter. Kitchen not well supplied not even a bread knife or board. Had to unblock the basin drain in the bathroom as would not empty

Disappointing - not boutique or clean like photos

Cleanliness and overall condition of property. Wasn't hoovered or mopped for our arrival, found toenails on kitchen/living room floor. Informed the property about cleanliness and they sent cleaner again, however even after this the property wasn't clean to a professional standard. Mould in shower, cobwebs in bedrooms, cutlery drawer unclean. Property seems well used with scuffed walls throughout, drinks stains on walls and chair material disintegrating. Felt more like student accommodation than boutique property, pictures were quite deceiving. Spoke to the property throughout asking for better cleaning but this was advised that they did all they could and was offered 10% off the next stay. Obtained partial refund through booking.com.

We got upgraded to St. Annes Apartments flat 611 and I cannot fault it the apartment was huge and clean and we will be booking to stay again, great location also and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance

It was good but could be better if the property was inspected prior to check-in. This refers to St. Anne not this Wellin

We were moved to St. Anne’s, we liked the location of the property and the individual rooms.

We were moved to St. Anne’s which was supposedly a better one, but the main bathroom has some issues. The shower hose was faulty, and the bathtub cover was not fixed properly. The cleaning was also not as thorough, the shower heads were not cleaned properly and the dishwasher filter wasn’t clean.

Location lovely right by cathedral so nice view.Places to eat almost on doorstep so not much walking.Just a leisurely 12 min stroll along hill street and you are in the city centre.when we arrived at st Anne's square Patrick was there to meet us He was very pleasant and friendly he showed us to the apartment and handed us the keys.He wished us a pleasant stay and he was just a phone call away if we should need anything.Thank you Patrick we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Wellington park apartments to anyone wishing to stay in belfast.

Bathroom showerhead was leaking and also bathrooms sink was leaking to the floor ,I was surprise that cleaners havent noticed that. Shower cubicle could be cleaner. We also had problem to got keys from the box as info was send after we had alredy left home and I didnt check my email during travel so it was partly my own fault but I checked my email night before and didnt get yet info so I would like to have all information little bit earlier than arrival morning.
