Great location. Beautiful accommodation , beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.
Had a few issues with heating on the first night in one of the apartments however Nicola was very responsive and sorted the issue for us.

The property is in a fantastic location, close to Queen’s University and the Botanical Gardens, with plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants nearby.
We booked the entire building for a large group, and it worked perfectly. The space is beautifully decorated, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The host was responsive and easy to reach. As a thoughtful welcome, we were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine and some crisps, which was a lovely touch.
We had an incredible stay—thank you, Nicola, for creating such a well-considered space.
If I could suggest a couple of small improvements: adding more mirrors would be helpful, as there wasn’t one in the main bedroom, which made getting ready a bit tricky. Also, while a French press was provided, it was quite small - more suited to one cup - so with four of us, we had to brew multiple times. A larger one would be a great addition.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Good location for Belfast University. Very small but had everything we needed. Host Nicola was very responsive & great to deal with. Good pub called the Posthouse less than 10 mins with good food & live music.
Nothing really. Sofa bed a a little uncomfortable.
