106 Malone Avenue

We had a fantastic stay at 106 Malone Avenue. The decor was lovely, and the property was spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. We really appreciated the privacy, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, and there were plenty of fresh towels provided, which was a nice touch. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to others.

We didn't have any complaints. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and our stay was very enjoyable.

Fabulous apartments, we had booked 2 apartments just on the outskirts of the city centre, warm cosy and everything we needed for the weekend stay. Plenty of bars, restaraunts around the area. Visited the Giants causeway on a half day tour which was well worth the £22. Apartments were so clean and modern, really enjoyed our stay. Little treat on arrival of snacks and prosecco was a great start. Hosts were easily contactable and message throughout our stay, will book again next time were in belfast.

Everything was fab.

The apartment was very modern and pretty in a good location. We were heading to a concert so it was about a 30min walk to the venue which was ideal. We had some issues which I detail below and they were sorted out promptly by the host and the cleaner so that was really appreciated. They left a prosecco and a couple other bits which were great

The apartment was quite small, there were 3 of us staying in the one bedroom apartment and one sleeping on the sofa bed. We were going to a concert so we wanted to set it up as soon as we arrived for the evening but when we went to pull the sofa bed out we found a stain on the mattress and couldnt exactly tell what it was. The bedding for the sofa bed was also stained of different things, not really sure what either so i contacted the accommodation through Booking. While the communication with the host was outstanding and they tried to solve the problem very quickly, it was still a disappointing experience and in the situation we were at where time was key having traveled to Belfast for a concert it did set us back when it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. So just a heads up if you’re planning on using the sofa bed make sure you check but also know it is sadly extremely uncomfortable so even after the effort the host and the cleaner did which we really appreciated it wasn’t really ideal to sleep on so I’d bear this in mind if someone has to sleep on the sofa bed. I can only speak for one of the apartments though maybe the other sofas are different 🙂
