Great potential with a few tweaks needed

The property was excellent from so many perspectives - nicely decorated and fitted out - it really did look the part. Apartment 2 was spacious with a washing machine and dishwasher. We were left some welcome treats and a nice bottle of Prosecco in each apartment that we had. The apartments were both clean and sound proofing was good.

Apartment 3 was very small and beds were both on the small side so not really ideal for 4 people in my opinion. Bedding was nice but apartment three did not have all of the bedding needed for maximum occupancy although this was rectified the day after arriving. There was one mirror in apartment two in the main bathroom and no further mirror anywhere else in the apartment that meant getting ready was a challenge for 9 women staying across the two apartments. That point had been raised before and it would be very easy and cost effective to remedy it but they haven’t acted on their feedback. There were also minimal shelves and hooks in bathrooms and bedrooms. Not that much around the apartments so needed to get cabs/ubers to further afield.

Fantastic apartments perfect for seeing Belfast.

The whole apartment was absolutely spotless and everything was exactly as it should be. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the host what’s quick and easy. Check in and check out could not have been easier. Thoroughly recommended.

Good central location that fitted our needs.

Aesthetic and kitchen space were nice. Beds were comfy. Location was great and welcome gifts were nice.

There were dirty towels in one of the washing machines. The top floor flat should not be advertised as sleeping 4 people in our opinion. Sofa bed is too small and unstable for 2 people to sleep on so we had to rearrange.

Exceptional, thank you to our hosts!

We had an exceptional stay. The kitchen was pristine and fully equipped with everything from sharp knives to baking trays, plus clear instructions for the appliances. The sitting room was cosy with great lighting and reliable Wi‑Fi. Both bedrooms had hotel‑quality mattresses, and ample storage and towels in each bedroom also. The bathroom was spotless with a strong, consistent shower and fluffy towels. Thoughtful touches (a bottle of prosecco, 2 bags of crisps and chocolates and also check-in's from the host throughout our stay to make sure we were ok made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning.

Great stay in a lovely part of Belfast

Location was great, only a 10min cab to town.. Finish of the apt was to a high standard which we liked. Area felt safe for two females.

The double bed was a small double which meant as friends we had to use the sofa bed and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. No hairdryer available or mirror in the bedroom.

Lovely, well decorated modern apartment not too far (walkable) from the main centre. Good communication from the host throughout whole process. Nice touch with the welcome pack.

Very minor- shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.

Comfortable and homely stay

Beautifully refurbished recently. Very comfortable beds. All the appliances you need in the Kitchen. Lovely welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived

The heating wasn’t quite working but not a major issue when out and about. TV would not work without a log in.

Short weekend stay

Very modern clean and tidy apartment. Ideal for our short stay close to shops bars and resturaunts and short taxi to city centre.

A little noise from people in apartment above. This cant be helped as was more the people than the property itself.

Brandnew apartment in a quiet location close to Queen's University

This is a brandnew and thoughtfully decorated apartment (I was literally the first guest, I believe). I particularly enjoyed the lovely welcome package and comfy bed. Communication with the hosts was straightforward, as was the check-in. The location is in a quiet part of town and perfect for a visit to Queen's University. I'd happily be back!

Lovely apartment in nice quiet area

Great apartment, very comfortable, host left some lovely treats we really appreciated. Very quiet, we all slept very well! Host really responsive and friendly- thank you for everything!

No so much that we didn't like anything, just a few final touches to complete as we were the first to stay there.
