Really clean and spacious
Comfy beds
The entry hallway has a bad damp smell from the moment you open the door up the stairwell.
This didn’t affect inside the property but not the best first impression

Property was perfect. Idea for our group of 5 for easy access to Boucher Rd playing fields.
£12 on taxis into town. M&S, Greggs and easy parking just across the street.
Door handle fell off on the ground floor front door, items of clothing left behind from the last guests on arrival, pictures clearly evidently missing from bedroom wall.
Tried to charge (from the deposit which wasn’t mentioned until a week before arrival) for a “stolen duvet” from the property. However no proof from Anne (the main contact) or Ryan (her manager) that this was the case. Eventually got refunded. When I called, her wording was “well you did leave the property dirty on departure” - ah excuse me, I didn’t realise you had to deep clean a property after departure! Working in hospitality this shocked me. Turns out the duvet was in the sofa bed which we made up and hadn’t been checked.
Take pictures of everything on arrival and departure.
