Cosy, warm townhouse in a very convenient location

Very convenient location being just off the Lusburn Road. We were staying for a week in February and ig was cosy, warm and comfortable. Great communication from Elaine.

Second bedroom was a bit small but that can't be helped.

A great stay in Belfast - we will be back!

Fantastic location near to a good range of shops and restaurants and walking distance (and good bus routes) from the university and city centre. Just off the main road so very little traffic noise. Our host was great, very welcoming and more than happy to answer any questions we had. Good bathroom with plenty of hot water and a well equipped kitchen. The welcome snacks, wine and milk in the fridge was a nice touch after a long day of travelling. Good internet signal with no glitching. We will absolutely be back for a repeat visit and would highly recommend it as a place to stay and explore a great city.!

Parking is a bit tight as the road is narrow but we didn't have any significant problems with this. Mattress on the double bed was a bit soft and saggy but this is personal preference and was not a big issue.

Nice spot a short bus ride into City Center.

This charming and traditional two-story house on a quiet street just steps away from the bus stop was an idea place for a three day stay in Belfast. Our host was gracious and helpful, meeting us on the day of our arrival. Clean comfortable and easy access

Well equipped townhouse in Belfast

Well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. Very walkable neighborhood with close groceries and restaurants. Plenty of cookware to make a good meal.

When I saw that it included a clothes washer, I assumed that there would also be a dryer. It’s just a washer.

Fantastic house, brilliant location

Fantastic house in a brilliant location! Really comfortable beds with black out blinds so great sleep is assured, and then there's a beautiful little sunny yard where you can sit out for your morning coffee. The Lisburn Road is just around the corner and it's great- there's plenty of shops and places to eat, or you can hop on a bus to town. Elaine is a great person to ask advice and she has lots of helpful suggestions

Beautiful house, very homely, fantastic location , off Lisburn Rd, lots of cafes and restaurants. Elaine was so helpful , great communication and tips for the areas, and lots of extras left in the house for our use , including a bottle of wine . Highly recommend and we would love to stay again, thanks so much Elaine and Brian.

Great stay in Belfast

Great communication before we arrived with Brian & Elaine. Lots of info in house for things to do & how to operate appliances etc. Additional items for cooking, bathroom etc, were made available by the hosts which really is extremely useful & welcomed. House is on a quiet street, we had no transport, so can’t comment on that, but the area is great with lots of cafes, shops, bars, restaurants & grocery stores around. Excellent facilities in house. Ideal for a couple or family.

My son stayed here with his girlfriend & they loved it. Beautiful house and really lovely hosts. They were going to a concert nearby so location was perfect. They said there are lovely restaurants etc in the area too.

A wonderful place to stay in Belfast.

A lovely terraced house just off the Lisburn Road. Great facilities in the house - fridge, cooker, coffee machine, washing machine and various crockery- basically everything you would need. Brian welcomed us and explained everything in the house as well as places to eat and drink. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine! The bus service into town runs frequently and is very convenient.

Exceptional

Amazing value here. We only spent 3 nights and I wish we had more time! Great location, great interior, very clean. A quick walk to food and a stone's throw from a bus stop so it was super easy to get around without renting a car. Brian was a great host, gave us tons of suggestions for things to do during our stay and even provided us with a little welcome snack package! We were really burnt out from travel and basically spent one day lounging around watching movies so take it from us, this place is great. Loved our stay, highly recommend.

Excellent place for us to stay on our trip to Belfast. The house has everything needed for a very comfortable stay and is located right around the corner from lots of shops and restaurants. Bus stop close by to bring easily into city centre. Will definitely return on my next visit to the city.

Excellent property in a good location with really good hosts

Really good host met us on arrival and given plenty of information about the house and local area. When we found the bed was squeaking contacted the host who checked the bed and found it was broken. They arranged a new bed and kept us fully informed.

Beautiful Belfast Townhouse

The townhouse is about a half hour walk from the city center. But there are plenty of places to eat or buy food really close to the house. The decor was lovely and it was comfortable for a couple. Our host was so kind and went the extra mile to help us celebrate our anniversary. Netflix and a complete kitchen allowed for quiet evenings in after full days of walking and exploring.

The stairs are quite steep( which was no problem for us) and might make for a challenging stay with kids. The shower drain can't quite keep up with the excellent water pressure.

Fantastic, will be back again

I loved the location, the house was an unbelievable level of cleanliness. The beds were super comfortable and it felt like a super place to stay. I’m from the country side and wouldn’t really stay in any city or just outside it. The hosts were fantastic and were extremely helpful any questions we had they were well able to answer

Comfy place in an ideal location

Location is ideal. Loads of choice for eating nearby and the host’s recommendations were spot on. Bus stop couldn’t be handier, 10 minutes and you’re in to the centre of town. The house is well equipped and comfy. We’d definitely stay again.
