Very convenient location being just off the Lusburn Road. We were staying for a week in February and ig was cosy, warm and comfortable. Great communication from Elaine.
Second bedroom was a bit small but that can't be helped.

Fantastic location near to a good range of shops and restaurants and walking distance (and good bus routes) from the university and city centre. Just off the main road so very little traffic noise. Our host was great, very welcoming and more than happy to answer any questions we had. Good bathroom with plenty of hot water and a well equipped kitchen. The welcome snacks, wine and milk in the fridge was a nice touch after a long day of travelling. Good internet signal with no glitching. We will absolutely be back for a repeat visit and would highly recommend it as a place to stay and explore a great city.!
Parking is a bit tight as the road is narrow but we didn't have any significant problems with this. Mattress on the double bed was a bit soft and saggy but this is personal preference and was not a big issue.

Great location for the boucher road, and it's great to have more space than a hotel room.
Early check out on departure. Another hour would have been good.
