The price was decent and sitting room was nice
Bathroom and bedroom on the first floor were absolutely freezing
Beds were extremely uncomfortable screws kept falling from the one on the 1st floor.
Kitchen was dirty, no cloths, no bin bags, cracked tiles
No light on top of stairs
With a bit of tlc would get a lot more

We have stayed here many times before. Im Amanda and you'll see my reviews below. This is one of the lowest priced accommodations in Belfast yet its superb. We live in county Fermanagh but my mum just lives on the Anteim Road so very handy for us if we want to come visit her and stay. The apartment is clean, well presented and the beds are comfy. Always a bowl of Tayto on arrival too. Can't fault it at all!

We love the space. A lot of rooms to sleep in. Big kitchen, big house. We enjoyed the stay

It had WiFi and plenty of hot water
The apartment needs to be renovated. The bathroom smells mouldy, the tiles in the bathroom and kitchen are all loose, the door handle was coming off one of the rooms, the kitchen tap was falling off. The freezer wasn't shut properly and was iced over. The light in the main stair case wasn't working so you couldn't see up the stairs or the lock to get in. The kitchen light is so dim you can barely see what you are doing in there. The mattresses are all worn and uncomfortable and there seemed to be a huge oil strain on the carpet as you walk in. Also the fire escape was blocked with bin bags and there were rats out there.

Very large apartment, modern furnishings with all you need for a stay away from home.

Good location
Spacious
No entrance light at top of stairs (pitch black at night).
Floor tiles loose in bathroom and kitchen.
Mushrooms growing out bathroom wall.
Bed broken and held together with bits of wood.
Mattresses in all rooms very uncomfortable (the floor would have been more comfortable)

Place was spotless. Easy to get to by foot, taxi, bus from city centre. Good value.
Minor issue, front door lock was a bit temperamental, a bit of waggling of key to get it to turn.

The amount of rooms
The apartment cleanliness was not great, beds were very uncomfortable (materacem worn off), duvets and pillows smelled really bad, toilet seat holding on one screw only and not fitting perfectly, which was very awkward. Overall wouldn’t recommend. Far from city center and neighborhood doesn’t look to safe

Nothing
Blocked fire escape making the apartment a death trap.
Smell of garbage
No hot water in the kitchen so cannot wash dishes.
Not enough pots or pans or utensils to cook a real meal.
Freezer had old food in it.
Kitchen smelt awful.
None of the bedroom doors close fully.
Very poor lighting in all areas to hide the dirt and many defects.
Broken plugs
Broken toilet
Host is so cheap they don't even supply a toilet brush.
Hole in duvet and stains on the sheets.
Really disgusting place to stay and would never rebook.
No curtains in the lounge so everyone can look in.
Bathroom was very cold.
Up close the bathroom looks like the example you would show in a builders gone wrong expose!
Thick dust on the misshapen paper lampshades.
Dirty!!

Apartment, was clean , fully equipped kitchen, lovely sitting room/ lounge area. Very spacious. Keys in lockbox. No issues
Far from city center-1.5 miles-usually I like an area outside the city-I love walking, its a great way to see the sights. I guess I felt uneasy, local area felt a little uneasy to me. Nothing at all happened, but I guess I felt uneasy. I think with Belfast I would definitely stay in an area closer to city Centre, especially when I am on my own. Saying that though, the apartment is perfect, fantastic value for money-I would definitely stay there again if staying with other people. I would get taxi's instead of walking.

Nothing about this property was nice.
1. sketchy location on a dirty street with people sitting around everywhere and playing in the streets and talking loudly at 10 pm. Noisy and run-down area.
2. dirty carpet and tile. grimy location. trash strewn outside of the firescape exit.
3. weird/dim lighting throughout the house.
We all felt so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving shortly after arriving and booking rooms at the nearby Marriott. Do NOT trust the photos.
I’m gonna request a refund and would never stay here again.

Not much
Bed sheets at base of bed were filthy with crumbs etc, if a fire broke out would have been impossible to get out with all the rubbish left on fire escape

v spacious accommodation. shower had plenty of room.
lighting was dim and could do with upgrading the linen

Well located just a few minutes drive away from main tourist attractions and good value for money.
Some strange smell in the shower place.

Quirky property with good potential.
First Bedroom was very dusty under the bed., that bed was not comfortable, limited storage space for clothing,
Blinds in the living room were broken so could not be raised, cigarette butt was found on the top of the mirror in hall. Had to empty the toaster before using it and very limited cutlery.
Property was good location and good size though- short taxi ride from centre.
Ideal base for event in city centre.

no breakfast, really rough location, dirty rough street bins and rubbish everywhere really loud neighbours up all night.
wouldnt return
Really cold house even with heating on all night as no double glazing, oven top hard to use but grill had no grill trays so couldnt even use that.
Hairdryer available but no way of plugging it in as its a 2 prong plug.
Ceiling leaking with water so had to keep buckets underneath and pans to try and catch it all.
Beds not very comfortable either.
Towels provided but one was dirty already.
No flannels provided

3 beds
Great living room
Kitchen good too
Good bathroom
Outside of the house was not tidy lots of debris photographs taken must have been a good while ago
There are 2 lock boxes for keys we tried the wrong one for ages.
We were given instructions about the heating....it would have been very helpful if we were told there was a power switch for it. It was a white power switch so not the most obvious so it looks like the heating system didn't work.....
Bed linen is very tired mattresses could do with being updated 1 bed the middle one was great for me but they are low beds.
Everything is split over 4 levels and the bathroom is at the bottom level of it all so not mobility friendly. The flat also is at the top of a very steep set of stairs.
We only made tea so didn't cook so can't comment on the use of the kitchen.
There is only a single glazing in this house, it's an old house so it was expected. It has plenty of room for families and parking is right outside the house.
It's a handy location and was great for us for the 1 night for a show in Grand Opera House.

The property is not properly represented in the photos on booking.com. This is not an apartment but a house on a very unkempt street. There was antisocial behaviour outside the house. The front door was blocked by overtipped rubbish bins. We were frightened to get out of our car. Our children were upset and frightened. The exterior did not represent what I expected. We could not enter the building due to two men fighting outside. The area seemed unsafe. We rang the owner and explained. He offered us a 1 bedroom apartment nearby. We went to view this property. It was dirty shabby and unsuitable. The owner refused to give us a refund. Despite being contacted by Booking.com and being asked. We were left with nowhere to stay in a strange city on a dark evening with 2 small kids.
The attitude of the owner. The photos on Booking.com in hindsight look like something off Pinterest not realistic. While we did not enter the property. What we saw from the outside did not match the image created on Booking.com. We had to cut short a much-needed family break as we had to book a hotel at short notice and the owner of Eia Street refused to refund us. I wish I had read all of the reviews and taken photos of the exterior of the house. We booked this apartment in early January but I couldn't leave a review as the owner had marked us as a no-show on the booking despite having several conversations with me on the day of arrival. I had to contact Booking.com several times to have this removed and allow me to leave an honest review of my experience. I would not want anyone to be left in the situation that we were in with small kids. I wish I had read all the reviews about this property.

The excellent communication with the hosts, the location, and the wonderful apartment, perfect for a long rest and sleep, perfect for my 3 children aged 14, 11 and 9, and myself.
10.0 / 10.0
Hosts couldn't do any more to make our stay pleasant. They were very thoughtful about the kids and overall everything.
9.0 / 10.0
Host and space were brilliant. The flat was well spread out over 3 floors with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The host responded quickly to any queries and was extremely helpful even though we arrived very late. It seemed a bit pricey at first given the location but given the size and proximity to the centre I would say it was good value overall.
Two of the bedrooms need better curtains or blinds to block out the light in the evening and early morning and the carpet in the hallway was a bit impractical. The street the flat is on isn't very picturesque and there is no balcony or outdoor area.
