Beautiful, clean & secure apartment. Highly recommend! Owners go above & beyond for their guests.

The apartment was spacious, clean and secure. The owner definitely added in a lot of extras to make our stay enjoyable. It felt like home from home and there was everything you could think of provided. The owners went above and beyond even after check out when I realised I left a ring behind and they very kindly posted this back to me.

Lovely quiet apartment close for Custom Square concerts.

It was close the Custom Square where I was attending a concert. Comfy bed and loved the U2 cushions! Breakfast was limited but there was a selection of cereals, bread, pancakes, some prepacked items, hams, yogurt, milk and orange juice in the fridge.

It was a very windy a rainy day when I arrived so I found it very difficult to find the entrance. There was a description sent on how to get in with a photo but didn't say that it was on the opposite side of the building where the John Cowl sign was. I actually went into that door and got lost. When I eventually found the correct place, the directions made sense then.

A little gem --- Check it out

Lots of good things to say about this quirky, but fantastic apartment * Location was great as it was only a 10-15 minute lovely walk into the city, and its nice to have a walk to and from your accommodation * Owners were great, friendly and informative. * Apartment was clean. * Beds were very comfortable. * Breakfast was plentiful - Almost too much bread / rolls, but a fantastic choice of cereals, nice touch in leaving the fresh fruit. * OVERALL --- Very, Very good, and would definitely stay again, and would recommend to friends and family 10/10

ONLY - one criticism --- { Property could do with a key box / & code to access it } - maybe in Foyer at front entrance - {Where it says James Clow on the building} for ease of getting in and out of apartment, it would save having to call owner to let you in, and you could leave key back in Key Box when you leave, meaning, that if you were to leave anything in the apartment, you could get back in. If it had been raining when we arrived, we would have been soaked For the sake of £20 - £30 it would just be a lot smoother experience, apart from that, definitely 10/10

Belfast you did not disappoint! Can't wait to return.

From the start of the booking communication between us and our host was fantastic. The location of the property was within 5-10 mins walk of the main city centre and very easy to navigate thanks to the information left by our host. The property had everything you would need, and there was plenty of room. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it! We felt very safe within the property and with the extra element of having coded entry added to this, along with a quiet location away from the city life.

We had the property to ourselves and although there is another room plus bathroom we don't really know how we would feel sharing with strangers? That said this is a great set up for 2 couples or a family. It would be the only thing we would consider if we rebooked this property.

Great spot in Belfast

Great location. Pleasant walk into town and local attractions along the river. The room and common area of the lounge and kitchen were spacious and comfortable. Hosts are friendly, helpful, and very generous with breakfast tray and snacks.

If you understand what is offered this is not a terrible place to stay but it will not suit everyone

The flat was clean and tidy and furnishings satisfactory and comfortable. Everything worked. Labelling for the equipment and comestibles for both rooms in the flat to access without confusion. Access to the City achieved in reasonable time and directions provided accurate. Welcome leaflet stating wifi codes and local attraction well laid out and succinct.

This was not a typical B&B and not what we expected. If you understand what is on offer an it suits you this will be fine. We did not and it was not what we wanted. In reality this is a flat share with someone you do not know. This was a surprise to us. We wrongly interpreted a private bathroom as an en suite and not a bathroom across the hallway. Breakfasts was a pre-packaged tray of breads and & croissants not always of wonderful quality I would have said. Do not expect this to be served as suggested on the information left - you are left to serve yourself. There were a good range of cereals and sufficient yoghurts for the day. Access is reasonably described in the texts but beware the steep steps up to the doors. Street car parking only and not a comfortable feel for this. We had to hover in the street looking very suspicious for 15 minutes to find a space.

Lovely clean rooms. All very newly decorated with interesting artwork etc comfortable dining area with all we needed

We had the communal area to ourselves as no one was staying in the other bedroom at the time. . We would maybe have not felt comfortable having to share the property although we had our own bathroom and dressing gowns were provided

This is an amazing place with every little detail thought of. We had difficulty finding the place ( our own fault entirely) and the owner came to collect us. Communication was easy with quick responses. Overall so helpful with dining recommendations. I cannot describe just how beautiful the views are in every direction.

Wonderful stay

Was a lovely location, there was a lady called christina who was lovely as well. She made an extra effort as we stayed for my partners so she made sure there was a nice little surprise for us both

There was a little hiccup as I wasn't aware the the room we booked was a two bed shared apartment. They went above and beyond to fix this though and moved the other booking so we had the apartment to our self's as no one wants to share with strangers. I would recommend that the description for the room it's self should state that there's a possibility that you could be sharing with another couple.

Great place to stay for a Belfast city break.

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a very generous, buffet style breakfast which we loved. It was very conveniently located, only a short walk from the river Lagan and a ten minute walk into the city centre. Parking the car was easy too.

When we arrived, we were put off by the stark look of the apartment block in a scruffy looking street. Don't let this put you off, inside it was lovely!

-Very comfy beds -Great hosts, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and very kindly gave us a lift to the titanic museum which was very much appreciated. - Very accomodating if you have a food allergy. - Lovely and clean. - Personal touches in the room making it very homely.

- It felt a bit strange sharing the apartment with other people, not the usual B&B set up we were used to but it didn't affect our stay and would stay again

Advertised as B&B. It is not its airbnb. It is in a apartment block and you are staying in someones apartment . The kitchen is a fridge in the one corner of the bedroom and a very small table and 2 chairs in the other. breakfast is laid out in these two areas. Difficult to find. We should have had instruction but didnt receive them . We abandoned the car to try and find the B&B. The local postman helped us. The lady sent to find us was lovely but her English was limited so this didnt help explaining ewhere our car was and how we could get it into the underground car park
