Stylish, lovingly restored 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Belfast city centre, close by to the River Lagan.
Sleeps up to 4 guests. Features include fast Wi-Fi, a large smart TV, and access to a shared outdoor space.

Free parking is available around the building on a first come first served basis. No designated spot.

*Please note the bed in the second bedroom is a small double and while we are happy to accommodate 2 guests in it, it may be better suited to one adult or 2 children*
Guests can access entire property.
Communal space in the back is used by guests of other apartments too.
**Please note this house is not for parties and no extra guests should be present in the house at any time without prior permission. This is a residential area and we have to be firm on this point - anyone breaking this rule will have their stay cancelled immediately without refund.
We love our community and will not tolerate any behaviour that impacts our neighbours' right to peaceful enjoyment of this area**

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
