Alexandra Park Apartments

We paid for an early check-in, however there was few hiccups before we got to our apartment and had to wait for cleaning. However, communication with John, the host, was good and courteous, and things got sorted as soon as it was feasible. Public transport to the city centre is easily accessible and to get your shopping from local Tesco is also good as the store is in very near.

For the value of our stay unfortunately I was expecting higher standard of maintenance and cleaning. The bathroom needs renovation as we found that the shower screen wasn't adequate to keep the water in and there was some wall panels missing. Apartment could do with blackout blinds and larger TV. Understandably some of these facts are hard to achieve due to demand of the custom, but easier to do before they get too bad.

Location, comfort, cleanliness, security hosts communication was excellent….beds great, layout good…really enjoyed our stay.

Wifi wasn’t the best for the end bedroom and there was a lack of small pots and small fry pans for a kitchen that was very functional.

Only 1 tea towel for 3 nights stay no hand wash liquid You expect at least shower gel or soap for that price especially when arriving late straight from airport. Blinders broken Outside window dead bird and blinds were not working even after emailing got answer that dead bird is not on their property- and nothing that they at least will try to contact and remove is Got as well instructions how to use blinds which were not working and in other rooms were ok so kind of knew how to use them WiFi poor signal
