Quiet location close to Queens university and the botanical gardens. It is in a student area so might not be as quiet during term time. Spacious and well equipped.

All rooms had double beds which was good but very little room to get in and out of bed, pillows are very poor, need fresh ones. We were a group of just three women, I think if a full house of potential eight people it would be a bit cramped as lounge not very big. Perfect for us. A mirror in the bedrooms would be useful too as bathroom one too high for me and others very small apart from one. A simple thing but needed by women trust me. We didn’t need it but if we did the outside area is rather unpleasant but a typical student style outside space.

I could live in the house permanently

The house is in a great location. Public transport was excellent. Bus stop 3 minutes walk to get you into the City. It was home from home. Everything you needed. Felt very cosy. Spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money. DEFINITELY stay again.

We had a brilliant and cosy stay. Highly recommended and we'll definitely come back. :)

Feel like home experience, safe surroundings, easy transportation, nearby shops and city centre. The property is clean and when we arrived the host already put on the heating for us. They even provide water and snacks available to everyone.

It's hard to fix the water temperature in the shower.

Great stay in Belfast!

Location was great! Kitchen was B nice and had everything we needed.

Front doorstep was a little treacherous for us old folks. One room was much too small for a double bed. There was by no room in it for luggage or anything really.

Very happy with our stay here! The house was perfectly clean and presented in a very cozy manner. Beds were very comfortable and very spacious. We were very happy to have fast WiFi too. The location was conveniently close to the city, with any taxi to and from the house being very cheap
