Lovely light and airy, with plenty of room for everyone and a very well equipped kitchen. Location was lovely and quiet but well located for the city centre.

What a brilliant place! We four chaps really had a great time. It’s so quiet there you are woken by blackbirds but the Lisburn Road and Ryan’s bar ❤️is two minutes away. The Ulster museum and botanical gardens are on your doorstep. The rooms and kitchen as well as the lounge are fab. Chris is a great host; generally hurrah for the whole place!

Because of the location we were able to buy food easily and prepare it ourselves. It is set in a location handy for travel around, like the hop on hop off bus. Our host ensured the heating was nice and warm. Good communication between our host and us.
The beds were comfortable but the sheets and covers didn't look good. Some of the floors needed cleaning better. For example our grandchildren's socks looked dirty after walking on the living room rug and on the laminate flooring.

blind broken in one of the bedrooms so couldn’t exclude the light. some of bed linen was tired and crumpled. Cleaning under the beds needed.
