Absolutely great accommodation and would definitely recommend

Great accommodation with plenty of room for 5 people. Nice and clean and had what we needed for our stay.

Unfortunately, the bed was a little too small due to the frame, but we managed. There needs to be another mirror other than in bathroom.

Property allows 5 people stay Sofa bed isn’t comfy and as a sofa only seat 3 people Would prefer more comfortable seating to allow for enough people The neighbour upstairs were very noisy whole wk end kids running up and down all the time Next door neighbour to the left as you look at the property were extremely loud on Saturday night till 5 or 6 in the morning on Sunday it was like they were in the garden

Avoid like the plague.

Competitive price in it's category

Arrived to the front door left ajar and instead of keys being in lockbox as described, they were in the lock on the inside of the door. Panick-stricken that we were about to encounter an intruder, we found mountains of rubbish from previous travellers left strewn all over the house (opened bottles of Pepsi, rotten food, soiled plates & cups etc. The property was freezing cold due to all windows being left wide open presumably to dispel the horrible smell before we arrived. The bed sheets had quite obviously not been changed and an open suitcase containing more rubbish was lying in the middle of the living room. If ever there was an advert for a property to avoid, this was it. Never again shall we visit this dump.

Comfy

I like that it is free parking as long as there is space outside to park. I like the location, it's near the airport and 30 minute walk to the centre of the city. For the price, it is a really good accommodation if you're traveling up in Belfast.

Honestly, I don't like that it is in the 2nd floor. It's not wheel chair user friendly.

Average. Wouldn’t stay again

It was in an area close to the bus into town. The sheets were comfortable. Easy to access and details for property were clear. Shower was nice power.

The hinges on the door made it frustrating because we couldn’t keep the doors open as there were no door stoppers. There was only 1 couch so not a very social living area for 3 of us and there was no conditioner. There was also no salt. I think basic necessities like this should be included in the price of this accomodation.

A pleasant stay

Apartment was spotlessly clean and met our needs perfectly as a family of 4. It was a good base to explore Belfast and we walked most places easily enough. Approx 25 mins to walk to Titanic Museum. Free parking outside the property was always available. There's a retail park with Lidl/Starbucks/McDonald's 2 min drive or approx 8 min walk away which was handy.

The double bed is tiny for 2 adults- more like a 4 ft bed than a standard double & the mattress was very thin. Could do with being upgraded. Both bedrooms could do with a decent mirror as the tiny hand held mirror supplied just wasn't adequate. Apt is on the 2nd floor so wasn't a problem for us but if you are carrying a buggy it might be a climb. There was no bottle opener in the kitchen which was annoying.

The doors have self-closing hinges, so they smack closed and there are no door stops to keep them open. Very annoying feature. The double bed mattress is very small, old, very used and not comfortable. One night on it is fine but longer would be difficult to have good rest.

Fantastic location close the centre of Belfast. Hosts were super at communicating throughout the stay with details. Apartment is very clean, spacious and perfect for a small group travelling to Belfast. Overall, would definitely use this apartment and the hosts again!

Very cosy apartment in a nice place close to city center

A little more instructions for people arriving first time in N. Ireland would be helpful, like taxis do not always arrive immediately, in peak times taxis may be declined! Also good to provide extra garbage bags for people staying more days.

Apartment is perfect for small family with all facility and near to public transport.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Near to bus stop. Kitchen is well equipped. Rooms heating system was working well.

It is a decent flat but for our family stay, it just wasn’t what we were expecting.

The comms from the owners were good. Although clearer comms regarding the extra damage deposit required should be added to the booking site. The price was reasonable for the school holidays compared to other places and the location was good for us. We had a lovely walk up the road to CS Lewis Square & in terms of getting to the titanic museum.

Unfortunately I found our flat particularly the communal areas to be very worn. The communal areas in particular felt dirty and uncared for. Our bathroom/shower room was tiny. The noise from the busy road & flight path meant very disturbed sleep for us as a family. Although I imagine it wouldn’t bother an adult group visiting. The double bed was super small.

BAD EXPERIENCE would not recommend

There was a roof over our heads and we could take a shower, if you're after bare minimum this place would be perfect for you!

This place was subpar at best. False advertising through and through, utterly disappointed with our stay here. First of all, we only booked this accommodation due to the amenities they had listed as we have been travelling through Europe for a month and needed to wash our clothes. The apartment advertised BOTH A WASHER AND A DRYER. Before arrival, we even messaged to double check this information and it was confirmed in writing. However, they only had a moldy washer with old rusty coins on the inside when we opened the door (going to show it was not cleaned prior) and no dryer to be found. When we reached out to the owners to ask about the dryer, we were met with radio silence. We ended up having to lug our dirty laundry to a laundromat in the next city. Wasted hours of time along the way and were not compensated monetarily, or let alone given an apology. There were also poo skid marks in the toilet bowl left over from the previous guest. If something so obvious wasn't cleaned, it left us very uneasy about everything else in the apartment. Sofa bed was small and literally just a 2 seater sofa, with no pull out bed, more like a futon - too small to even lie down from head to toe. However, the sofa was definitely more comfortable than the beds which mattresses offered no comfort. It felt as if you were lying on metal and springs. Lastly, there was barely any space, shelves, and cupboards in both the rooms and the toilets to hang or place any of your personal belongings. We ended up having to put everything on the floor. Lack of accountability, communication and hospitality. Would not recommend for the money you're paying.

Was left outside appartment at 4pm with no instructions on how to get in. No reply to txt,s. Called. No answer. Finally rang back and received instructions

Group accommodation in Belfast

We stayed in apartment 2 and 3 for two nights. The apartments were fine and reasonably priced. The bedrooms are modern but very small with no mirrors and uncomfortable beds. The kitchen was lovely and well designed but apartment 3 did not have a kettle. The location is fine - about a 20-25 minute walk to the city centre.

It is in a great location with bus to city accessible , with free street parking and very helpful hosts.

This is a great two bedroom apartment really close to the bus into town which will get you to the Titanic experience, Donegal Square if you want to do the London taxi. It was clean and had basic kitchen needs. It doesn’t provide any tea or coffee so you will need to organise this. The hosts are really responsive and helpful.

Cosy apartment in a lovely vibrant city

Kitchen was clean and stocked with utensils/cookware. Same for the bathroom. Towels are provided too :)

Noisy neighbours kept waking us up during the night. Not sure if this was from the other apartments in the building or surrounding properties.

The location and the property were great.

The pin provided wasn’t the one to access the lock containing the keys. I was aware a security deposit was required which I completely understand but we were not asked to provide any details with regard to the deposit until we were at the property. It would have been much easier if this information could have be requested 24-48 hours earlier as I could have sorted this whilst we were in the airport as this information was required before the code to access the key was provided.

Best apartment.

Everything was excellent from start to end. The location was quiet,safe and convenient to amenities. The apartment was spotless clean,warm through out. Wifi was available. Kids had their own rooms spacious, clean, the sheets,pillows,blankets were of good quality to keep warm.kids felt just like home. Everything was superb with anything just like home. I would rate it 10/10. Highly recommend and definitely will go back again. Thanks a million to Jonathan and Jason for their hardwork to maintain the place. Overall best value for money.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful apartment.

Beautiful apartment with great facilities. Not too far to walk into the city centre. Easy access to room using lock pad. Lovely comfy bed and great bathroom facilities. Would highly recommend.

The only fault we have with this property was there were no mirrors in the bedrooms.
