Spotless spacious apartment in a great location with an amazing host!

Amazing apartment. Location is perfect, set in the Titanic quarter which has shops and cafes nearby. Short walk ( 10/15 minutes) into city centre. Apartment is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We were a group of 6 and there is plenty of room and two bathrooms. Lovely balcony with seating too. Beds super comfy. Lovely well equipped kitchen. Easy check in. Ciarán was so fabulously helpful and sent tips for good places to visit and couldn’t have been more friendly. I’m sure we will be back as we loved our short trip to Belfast and have so much more to see.

Almost perfect

The apartment is fantastic. It has everything you could need. We spent 3 nights. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and honestly, the photos did not do it justice. Ciaran was the best host, little touches made this few days very special.

Although it did not impede our enjoymen of Belfast or the apartment, there was work going on to replace cladding. Opening the curtains to 2 men on the balcony and work from 7.30 am wasn't the best. So long as you don't mind a bit of work going on and are out during the day it's not problem.

Had a fabulous stay at CK Apartments. Ciaran was an excellent host, checking in with me and making sure our stay was top notch! Great location right by the Titanic exhibition, which was super by the way! Everything you needed in the apartment, easy access and lovely comfy beds!!! Couldn’t fault anything. Definitely recommend for a super Belfast trip! 👍

Overall I would highly recommend this appartment

Great location, the apartment is lovely, clean, and well equipped. Communication with the host Ciaran both before and during the stay was excellent!

Access to the building is a little complicated, especially if you have reserved a parking spot. But if you take your time and read the directions thoroughly it makes sense. The directions for rubbish disposal are a little incomplete. Instead of just, make a right on the first floor, I would suggest continuing with, go down the stairs, the bins are in the underground car park. Not a big deal, but it would help. There is construction happening on the facade, so currently no balcony access, not intrusive at all and didn’t bother me. But read the fine print if that is a consideration.

Situation ….lovely holiday atmosphere about the area despite a Retrofit taking place. Clean. Roomy (5 Adults + 2 small kids)

Just the fact that a Retrofit was taking place while we were there and we were unable to use the balconies, our view was spoiled by scaffolding. Workers were making a lot of noise at 7 am. I understand this was not the owners fault ands I would definitely return

Terrible.

Location

Property was covered in scaffolding, blocked views, could not open windows, no a/c, stiflingly hot, extremely complicated to gain access to property and car park. No mention of exterior work when booking, agent claims it was mentioned on Booking. Com site but if it was it was effectively hidden. It was not mentioned directly until the day after free cancellation.

Very disappointing accommodation - would not stay again

Location

The inability to open any windows or doors due to scaffolding outside - for 3 days we had no air getting into the apartment and it took 3 days to resolve by which time we were leaving. Winter quilt still on the bed in June! Bed linen tired and bobbly.

Amazing clean hospitable stay in modern apartment with amazing welcoming and accommodating host!

The apartments were in a lovely prime location, exceptionally cleaned, very modern and great homely feel. Our host was fantastic, constantly making sure we had everything we needed and giving us suggestions of things to do around Belfast. Any request we had he accommodated and he really made the stay so much better for us all. Thank you so much

Great place for a family to stay when visiting Belfast.

We liked everything about the property. It was in a nice, touristy area with close proximity to a great supermarket and the Titanic Museum. The rooms were spacious and modern and the host was very responsive.

A great base for a large group to stay for a weekend in Belfast city.

Very spacious apartment. Walk in to a large hallway, 3 large bedrooms (1 en suite and 2 balconies). Large open plan kitchen living room area with a large balcony. Was spacious enough for a large group without getting in each others way. Very comfortable and clean. Close to the Titanic attractions and a 15 minutes stroll along the river and across the bridge to the Cathedral Quarter. Also host Ciaran was very helpful and communicative with messages via WhatsApp.

There was't anything we didn't like about this appartment.

Nice warm apartment easy to access and in a great position in the titanic quarter.

Excellent location with shopping and restaurants nearby.

The living room sofa was dated and only just large enough. The beds were very low to the floor. Suitable for teenagers maybe but not so comfortable for older customers.

Very well equipped apartment. Host very helpful and friendly

The apartment was bright and spacious, very tidy, but some minor touch ups needed, it's the end of the season and this is to be expected. Nothing that would put me off staying again. Great having the second bathroom. Lovely having the Patio doors to let some cooler air in while you were in the apartment but I wouldn't leave them open when going out so it was very warm when we returned. The weather was unseasonably warm for September. Ciaran was very helpful and on the phone if we needed anything. Couldn't do enough for us. Very close to the SSE arena, Cinema, W5 and close to Titanic exhibition. Handy to get the glider bus into the town, just walk down towards Titanic exhibition and cross the road for bus into town. I tried ordering a taxi but the automated machine must not have been able to understand my accent. We just walked to the Titanic and got a taxi from there. Spar around the corner was great and handy for bits and pieces. Lovely to sit out on the balcony or out the front at the marina in the evening. Check in was great, Ciaran was very accommodating with our request and instructions were clear. Check out was the same.

Large stain in the entrance carpet, first thing you see when you arrive out of the lift. Minor wear and tear that's to be expected at the end of the season. Apartment was very warm. There was a fan in the sitting room, but none in the bedrooms. Took us wee while to find the cutlery drawer, but that might have been more to do with us than the apartment. There was nothing at all wrong with the apartment that would stop me from returning or recommending it to others.
