Titanic The Lady, 3 bed house-free on street parking

Lovely house spotlessly clean. Plenty of room for us all 3 adults and 2 children. Parking outside house comfortable beds we had a lovely 2 night stay

They mentioned having some kind of moniter for sound .that would ringva security company so with 2 children with us with adhd I was a little bit worried but we didn't have any problems. The shower was in the bath

The property is fantastic, the rooms are large, open and airy, lots of space for everyone, it was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy. The decor is really good. Everything was on hand in the kitchen and living room, plenty of entertainment if needed - books, TV good dining area, little garden at back and little garden out front. Location was excellent just 6 minutes in the car from the venue we were going to. Our party was three adults and two children we all really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend and book this property again.

The booking system! however a lot of the difficulty was down to me. I didn’t realise that the fee was taken two weeks in advance and there is another additional £250.00 returnable deposit to be paid too. There is repeat information to be given again on booking forms and this is probably me used to booking hotels and not having to deal with this kind of system. I understand why it is in place, I personally just struggled a bit with it. No curtains - their was a bit of traffic noise from the road curtains would help keep noise and light out, a little paint job needed on the banister but now I’m being picky!

Property was fine for what we needed Close to centre and Titanic Museum

Very noisy as on a busy road and on the flight path from Belfast City Airport I didn’t get the email with check in details until 7pm but managed to get the host to call me with the check in number

The communication with the host was quick, beds were comfortable

When we arrived, one window leaked so the host had to come and check it but couldn’t fix over the weekend. Second morning we woke up without the heating and only cold water was running - I had to go and check the boiler and release the pressure handles (I was assisted by the host but it was an unfortunate situation). Over all it was quite dirty, couches had stains and walls in the bathrooms were also dirty. I think when you have deposit, it should be better written, we paid it because we had no other choice but it was unexpected since it was so hidden in the rules.
