Property was fine for what we needed
Close to centre and Titanic Museum
Very noisy as on a busy road and on the flight path from Belfast City Airport
I didn’t get the email with check in details until 7pm but managed to get the host to call me with the check in number

The communication with the host was quick, beds were comfortable
When we arrived, one window leaked so the host had to come and check it but couldn’t fix over the weekend. Second morning we woke up without the heating and only cold water was running - I had to go and check the boiler and release the pressure handles (I was assisted by the host but it was an unfortunate situation). Over all it was quite dirty, couches had stains and walls in the bathrooms were also dirty.
I think when you have deposit, it should be better written, we paid it because we had no other choice but it was unexpected since it was so hidden in the rules.
