Great host, good location, and good value made for a wonderful stay.

The location was great. Nice view of the city from up on the hill, and convenient walking to restaurants. Also very easy to navigate to other areas of the city. Peter was a great host, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. He set up a Black Taxi Tour for my friend and I, and had lots of other recommendations. Breakfast was tasty and he had good strong coffee. Honestly, it felt like a visit with family. My friend and I agree that we would stay there again.

Parking was a little tricky. The house was a little creaky so I heard the upstairs guests walking around when they came back very late, but not really a problem.

Good place to stay and very good value.

Good location, Shopping Mall within walking distance that has a Sainsbury's, Greggs, etc. Easy to Access Busses/Gliders into the City Centre and to then access anywhere else from the city centre including to Tourist areas and to the Airport. The bed was very comfortable too. The host Peter was very accommodating, welcoming and very informative about the History of Northern Ireland eg regarding Stormont, etc.

Perfect place to stay in Belfast when travelling around Ireland

Location was pleasant, the owner Peter was very welcoming. He chatted with us, talked about the history of Belfast and his experiences there, and gave helpful suggestions for places to eat at and see (in particular, he gave us a discount for a nearby pub which had delicious food and beer). He also provided a complimentary breakfast. Also, the house was only 8-10 minutes away from downtown Belfast by car.

Great stay in Belfast

Peter was a great host and shared some great history about Belfast and made us aware of all the safety issues. He was kind enough to give us rooms next to each other. He provided a kettle and some tea etc in the room which was an added bonus. Morning we were given a great breakfast.

Everything was good. Be aware this is a shared property and the owner lives there. He is super friendly.

A fabulous 2 night stay in a guest house with a fantastic host.

Peter was an amazing host, very kind and informative giving good directions and tips on the area. I loved my room, a home away from home, with the comfiest bed and pillows ever. It met all my needs, and I appreciated the kettle and tea and coffee in my room. It is in a quiet area so I slept really well. I enjoyed starting the day with breakfast and meeting other guests whilst enjoying a view of the beautiful garden. If I am back in Belfast I will definitely stay again. Thank you so much Peter.😊

Surpassed my expectations.

The room was comfortable, the TV had a great selection of Channels, the Tea and Coffee was nicely laid out in a bowl, the Breakfast was superb and Peter was such a welcoming Host, never afraid to have a chat or give advice for things to do in the local area. Best of all, the price is more than reasonable.

The radiator was very hot at times, especially at night time and the walls are a bit thin. It is also a bit of a long walk up to the city centre but taxi's and buses are never too far away.

Peter was friendly and we had a very cosy breakfast. The shower with 2 shower heads were a big bonus, made it easy to bathe the kids.

The room is not very big, one could not fit more than 1 or 2 cabin luggages.
