Great Location, on bus routes within easy walking distance from Lanyon Place Train Station. Well laid out apartment with all the items you need for a stay away from home. Also nice outdoor rooftop space with interesting murals.
Floor sound insulation between apartments may be below standard as persons walking across floors late at night can be heard.

Piso nuevo, limpio y con muchas comodidades: secador de pelo, lavadora y plancha.
Camas muy cómodas y buena comunicación con anfitrión.
Media hora andando del centro, un poco lejos, pero un paseo cruzando el río sin problemas.

Very clean and spacious apartment, two double rooms with plenty space in the Kitchenette and living area,
Not a criticism of the property and wasn’t anything to with not liking it, but with the weather being so warm we slept with windows etc open so noise from road annoyed me slightly so I’d take ear plugs next time if weather was to be hot.
