Great value for the city

Plenty of space, good location handy to central Belfast by car or bus. Commercial area but it was very quiet when we stayed. Easy access with the lock box. Plenty of off street parking on the side streets. The breakfast was a nice touch with fresh eggs and milk in addition to cereal etc.

It's multi level with quite narrow stairs which would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Don't take large suitcases.

Comfortable place to stay, cozy and cean, and very close to center. Grocery store very nearby and convenient.

Relatively close to Belfast centre and free parking on the road next door.

There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke entering the property. This was probably the reason for the excessive amount of requests for no smoking which were all over the property. The bathroom was fine, however the showers pressure was mediocre and temperature was inconsistent. Having to wait for the toilet water to fill first was an inconvenience. The floors were very dusty and the carpets had seen many better days. As had the rest of the furniture, they were all knackered and needing replacing. The bed felt like it could collapse at any minute and the creakiness made a full night sleep difficult. All in all the place needs some love some new carpet, furniture and a touch of paint.

I would highly recommend this property.

Good location, the owners left us a fabulous choice of breakfast supplies, the place was very large and spotless. The stairs were no drama for us but could be if you weren’t real mobile. Washing machine a bonus. Great Chinese takeout next door.

We had to park on the side street, unfortunately someone decided to key scratch right along the passenger side of our hire car, not the fault of the property but very disappointed it happened.

Really nice stay in Belfast, flat is clean, there is a lot of nice little extras in the kitchen. Location is easy and decoration is sweet.

Overnight stay

+ quick and easy communication with the host + easy check-in with keycode + the apartment has most everything one needs + enough choice for breakfast, including eggs, which was very nice + free parking (but has to be done in one of the side streets) + comfortable beds

- heating was controlled by the host from the outside, in an apartment you want to handle that yourself - you are being filmed while entering and leaving the apartment, this is a bit weird - water pressure in the shower was a bit low - brown bread instead of white would have been nice - mirror in the bathroom was a bit low (but there was not much space to place it elsewhere, so we understand) - the sink in the bathroom did not drain well

Perfect for city stay

It is value for money, if you are looking for location and basic all stuff, then it is the best in choice. They have provided enough breakfast for the whole family. It was clean enough and very near to most of the local tourist place.

Comfortable bedding and breakfast choice good. Lovely to have a proper coffee maker and choice of teas. Excellent communication with the host too.

We had to buy oil to cook the breakfast eggs but this is such a small thing compared to how good the accomodation was!

Good location, Convinient, Well-equipped property.

The location was great. We went to W5 and Dundonald ice bowl and both are within 10 min by car. Small asian restaurants are around and Tesco Extra is 8 min by walk. Almost everything is equipped (bread, juice, milk were in the fridge as well), so it was easy to stay. The apartment is old but clean and tidy. Smelled a bit of tabaco though.

It was noisy with cars and airplanes were passing nearby. I felt like I was sleepying on the street.

2 adults, 2 10 year olds, covered all needs, spotlessly clean, fridge and presses full. Location perfect ten minutes from W5 and Titanic, would be very happy to stay there again, highly recommend thank you .

For the ormeau Park concerts its super close, 10 min walk to venue was great. Super clean. Lots of amenities to cook if you want to. Owner was helpful with directions when we got lost.

Nice cosy quiet place in Belfast

Clean and cosy place. Lots of treats for a good breakfast (coffee, juice, bread, eggs, cereal, milk, butter, jam...). TV on bedroom and living room. Silent place in a quiet neighborhood. Good for a chill out even though there's lots to do at night just a few minutes away by foot.

Great Kitchen facilities. Host has put much thought into the guest experience with the provisions such as milk, eggs, butter, Jam and a selection of cereal and tea & coffee options to save any stress after a travel.

Appreciated the note in the guest information that the water system is a work in progress. I did find the shower a little cool but look forward to returning to see new system in future.
