Beds and bedrooms were comfortable.Extra bedding/towels etc... Full kitchen if you wanted to cook. Utility area was fabulous which was outside. Great wifi.A good covered outside seating area. A sofa bed if needed too. Host was very helpful and friendly. Lots of information left in a binder to suggest places to visit. Some groceries were at the house when we arrived which was such a thoughtful surprise. Lovely walk in shower and toiletries too . Just a lovely stay. Easy to access the city as buses at top of road. Victoria park a short walk away.
Need clearer instructions on where rubbish/ recycling goes as boxes/ bin out front is confusing. Larger size towels would be great as quite small

Location was great for work. Decor was beautiful. Beds were warm clean and very comfy. Definitely stay again.
