Warm, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Funky, warm, clean, quiet, secure parking. Comfortable beds and nice quality bedding and towels.

The fold down desk in the small bedroom is very dangerous and should be removed altogether. It’s being held up by a match stick. We had to have the two adults sleep in that small double bed and the kids have the master bedroom as when you brush past it the table falls down. The master bedroom is missing some vertical blinds (maybe 3 missing) and looks out on to a main road. We stayed in this apartment in 2021 and a few small repairs would go a long way to bring it back up to standard. This wouldnt put me off booking again. Everything else was lovely,

The place is very nice and clean. It suited us perfectly as a family with small children. We found it very comfortable. There is a lot of attention to detail. We appreciated that the information was very clear and it was sent by the host prior to our arrival, as well as very well placed signs in the apartment itself. Whenever we had to contact the owner, we had a prompt response and all our questions/issues were dealt in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

If there is something to improve, I would suggest installing blackout blinds. Other than that, we had an exceptional stay.

I loved the decor and vibe and how wonderfully welcoming and helpful the hosts were. The layout was ideal, sofa bed in front of TV that you could stretch out on. So nice and relaxing!

Imaginatively furnished, clean and nice use of space. It was ready for us at checkin with the sofa-bed already pulled out and sheets prepared. A very spacious shower and everything exactly as pictured in their ad.

A very comfortable and pleasant apartment to stay in.

The apartment was very modern and comfortable, quirky and the internal layout was very good. Communication from the host was very responsive and everything worked smoothly. There was plenty of parking and it was within walking distance of the centre. I would certainly stay there again.

Everything was really good. The only thing I thought was missing was a Coffee Maker such as a French Press/Cafeteria.

Host was very pleasant and helpful. Place was stocked with many items which was appreciated. Apartment was very clean and decorated/furnished very well. Would definitely use again when in Belfast!

Only thing can come up would be a need for curtains in the bedrooms. Although on our stay alit happened to be a very bright sunny morning so may not be needed for most of the year!!

Amazing high spec modern apartment with everything you could need to make this a home from home! Set in a quiet residential development with secure parking and within easy reach of City Centre.

Apartment on 1st floor and no lift in building so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues
