Bad smell, leaking bathrooms. Needs an uplift!

The location was close by to main bars, and the beds were comfortable.

I wish we read the previous reviews in more detail… upon arrival the smell of sewers was instant, this proceeded to get worse. I have seen reasoning being a fan? But the lighting and fans are sensor based… this is clearly not a sensor issue but an underlying problem. We had to go and purchase air freshener. The smell was extremely off putting. The bathroom in the main bedroom leaks through the ceiling downstairs which is such a hazard on tiled flooring. No TV in the main living room, only the main bedroom which is very strange as how are your guests supposed to watch TV together. Strange set up of the kitchen / dining table & living area being cramped into one room. There was black hair on the kitchen surfaces on arrival, not sure if from the cleaner but not great.

Solo stay

Central to where I needed to be and easy to get to the grand central station and the main shops. Tea and coffee provided. Small Tesco express. Very handy around the corner Really comfortable bed.

The living room was very dark and the only TV is in the main upstairs bedroom so you cannot be in the living room at night to watch the TV. There is a lot of building of new student accommodation and as a lone female traveler the area was a bit dark but that will probably improve when the building is finished .

Filthy dirty drug den

Appalling it was double booked and I got no notice before 14.20 I arrived with my guests at 3 the place was a drug ridden den marijuana bag with 5 large balls of weed and a grinder, clothes strung all over the bedrooms lights on drink bottles sitting everywhere, the occupants were using skegs bottles of gas there were 44 bottles about 8 boxes with full and empty bottles and used balloons. The toilet down stairs was filthy I have images to show Very madly managed it was a virtual drug den I had paid and my money was taken several months ago and in the morning if the day it was confirmed the house was free of occupation. This was not true. I had no notice and had to book two rooms in a city centre hotel at £460 so apart from destroying a decent overnight stay in the city I was out £682. No warning and a filthy house. Do you want the photographs.

A lovely find .

Beautifully Decorated house , central, outside free parking, large rooms Tea coffee milk and cereals were very welcome

Downstairs bathroom Smell , drains or toilet are definitely a problem here . Was actually quite overpowering . The sensor lights in the bathroom and hallway stayed on way too long . Theses next points are not criticism just my opinion, Kitchen table way too big for the space kids could hardly get into the seats. Bed linen not ironed... No toiletries in any bathroom No hand towels Rust shower caddy ,just spoils ur beautiful shower , no need for it there if there's nothing in it

Location was very good, also instructions to get in were easy and well explained. Beds were comfy, clean and decorated.

There was a sewage smell as soon as we walked in on bottom floor, at first thought that it was mate due to someone not staying in it for a while. Ran shower and taps to clear drains, didn't work and got worse as weekend went on. Couldnt open windows to air out as was also coming from drains outside, after looking at previous reviews this has been highlighted and owner advised it was due to fan switch being turned off by previous guests. However the fan and bottoms floor lights are all motion sensor, so this can't be the case. Feel let down that this has not been looked into, the smell and flys were so bad. If booking again I would be wanting assurances that these issues are sorted and not palmed off.

Great place to stay

Great location, only a short distance from the centre and pubs/ shops. Would definitely stay again if I return to Belfast. The host was so helpful too, messaged back really quickly with any questions.

The place smells very damp (particularly the downstairs bathroom) A neighbours dog barked the entire time we were there. I know that’s not the fault of this property owner but I don’t know how anyone on the street could stand it- we were demented by the third day.

Le ménage et de la vaisselle en plus serait bien ( passoire à pâte , couteau ,bol) Et le boîtier à clef est très difficile à ouvrir La ventilation des sdb reste longtemps allumé et le Bruit est forte

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zentral im Stadtzentrum gelegen. Wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel ausgestattet. Es verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit großen und komfortablen Doppelbetten und zwei Bäder.

Poignées de portes arrachées. Impossibilité d'accéder à la cuisine/ salle à manger sans faire un bricolage (obligé d'acheter une pince pour ouvrir...). Absence de matériels en rapport avec le nombre de personnes résidant dans l'hébergement (pas assez d"assiettes, de casseroles etc., pas de cafetière, de torchons, de sèche-cheveux dans une salle de bain). Bruit intempestif de l'extracteur d'air. Sol pas lavé. Réponse très tardive du loueur aux questions, notamment pour les portes cassées.

Redelijk verblijf voor een dagje Belfast

Vlak bij het centrum van Belfast en toch rustig gelegen. Erg luxueus ingericht maar een beetje "over the top".

De eigenaar heeft de woning volgestopt met meubels die te groot zijn voor de ruimte. De eettafel is in de standaard opstelling eigenlijk onbruikbaar. De bank zit heerlijk, maar ook deze is gigantisch.
