Owner was very nice to deal with, clear instructions amd quick response to messages. House was a handy location and ample parking around. House was very clean. Beds were super comfortable.
10am check out as cleaner was arriving... and extra hour would have made a big difference

Nous avons eu toutes les consignes avant notre arrivée l’hôte est très réactif le logement est très bien situé et spacieux le nécessaire de toilette a disposition
La literie confortable
Et le chauffage est à disposition
Le ménage
et de la vaisselle en plus serait bien ( passoire à pâte , couteau ,bol)
Et le boîtier à clef est très difficile à ouvrir
La ventilation des sdb reste longtemps allumé et le

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zentral im Stadtzentrum gelegen. Wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel ausgestattet. Es verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit großen und komfortablen Doppelbetten und zwei Bäder.

The location was close by to main bars, and the beds were comfortable.
I wish we read the previous reviews in more detail… upon arrival the smell of sewers was instant, this proceeded to get worse. I have seen reasoning being a fan? But the lighting and fans are sensor based… this is clearly not a sensor issue but an underlying problem. We had to go and purchase air freshener. The smell was extremely off putting.
The bathroom in the main bedroom leaks through the ceiling downstairs which is such a hazard on tiled flooring.
No TV in the main living room, only the main bedroom which is very strange as how are your guests supposed to watch TV together. Strange set up of the kitchen / dining table & living area being cramped into one room.
There was black hair on the kitchen surfaces on arrival, not sure if from the cleaner but not great.
