Accomodating hosts and nice property worth the money.

We stayed last night and Hilary was very nice and accommodating. The house was clean and surprisingly like the one on the photos (unlike those others who would make the photo extra nice). Neighbourhood was quiet and safe, beds were comfy, toilets and kitchens were clean. Did I mention that the host was very nice? Yeah, I wanted to mention it again cause she was.

Property was really nice though the only downside was the parking. It’s a street parking so we had to wait for a free spot near the property. Luckily enough, the street looks safe.

Incredible.

We loved the house. It’s spacious, well-equipped, beautiful, and clean. An excellent option for 4 or 5 people.

I think that the fact that it’s a very large house and is available for many people, having only one bathroom is a bit uncomfortable. The third bedroom, where the bunk bed is, could benefit from having a mirror. Alternatively, placing one in the hallway would help so that guests staying in that room wouldn’t need to use the only bathroom to get ready.

Cozy home in an excellent location for Queens University

We really liked this cozy home which was in an excellent location to walk to our daughter's graduation ceremony at Queens University. Hilary and John were lovely hosts and answered any questions we had promptly to help us enjoy our stay. The added milk in the fridge, hand written note and basket of condiments was very welcome after our long journey. The house was very clean and tidy with shops and bars up the road and the Botanic Gardens and Ulster Museum were also only only a short walk away. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely place with very nice host

The house was morden and lovely. It locates next to the botanic garden and the queens university. It is 10-15 mins away to local shops/restaurants. The host was very considerate and offered to put a baby gate up when noticing we have young kid. There was even a superise welcome basket filled with snacks and water/juice, as well as a bottle of milk in the fridge!

There is only 1 toilet located upstairs so not very ideal for a group of people. The coffee machine was broken but has informed the host.

Close proximity to city centre and shops around the area. Modern interior with all the amenities required. The host was very kind and left us a welcome gift.

Ideal house for a group of friends

That house was one of the best places I have ever booked. Warm, comfortable, clean and very well equipped, it was all we needed for our stay in Belfast! It is visible that the house was just renovated and even the towels were brand new. The communication with the hosts was very easy and the check-in and check-out went smooth. There is a patio which we didn't really use due to the weather conditions, but in summer would be a great spot for morning coffee. I would definitely return if I have a chance!

Relatively "far" from the city centre on foot, but if you commute by car as we did parking on the street is free or also there is a direct bus to the main street so all good.
